When renting they force you to use a third part insurance for $15 they don’t ask you if you have your own insurance or not.

ALLAN OHaving reserved, online and well in advance, for an appliance dolley, it wasn't there - attendant told me maybe I could get one from some other Uhaul - making it my problem instead of yours. Truck was filthy - hold that thought. Brakes are marginal at best, lots of play in that pedal. Now the best part: you added a $25 cleaning charge to my bill after the fact - though upon delivery to me, it was dirty - the windshield so smeared with bugs that the wipers / washers couldn't make a dent. I feel that cleaning fee should be refunded, and will make that request separately. Finally, your web ordering process looks great, the app it suggested I download to my phone looked good, too - but NONE of that preamble reduced my check-in time to pick up the truck. Why bother with all that if one still has to show a driver's license, proof of insurance and fill out more stuff upon pickup?

FIYYAZ DCustomer service was great, the truck was very shaky if you went over 60 mph and requires a balance and realignment. There may be a bushing or other form of suspension part that needs to be replaced also.

jigneshkumar pThey charged me for equipment that wasn’t in the truck. Reservation #71290531. I reserved this uhaul on 2/22 for 3/1 at 9:30AM. Then told me I could pick it up on Mercer University Drive but the uhaul was on Rocky Creek Road. They mad me late. I requested there to be blankets in the truck and there was were no blankets. I NEVER requested a dolly, there was never a dolly in the truck but I was charged for it. I need me refund and $50 credit that I was told I would get for having to drive all around Macon finding this uhaul that wasn’t where I was told it would be

iman gI rent trucks very frequently and this is by far my favorite location. The owner and his staff are always extraordinarily friendly and efficient, there is ample parking to leave my car, there is ample inventory so they almost always have what I need (even on last minute rentsls), and the trucks are always clean, well maintained, and free of any unreported/unmarked damage.

thomas bplease upgrade the cab to include ability to listen to music from the phone. the Aux cord does not help with most phones to use. this will help with long distance driving.

Ashwin KThe Uhaul truck was clean, and the gentleman I interacted with was very nice. With that being said, the truck itself was an absolute piece of crap. There was so much play in the steering wheel that in order to keep the truck straight I had to teeter the wheel back and forth as if I was making the general gesture someone makes when referring to driving-both hands at 10 & 2 and moving back and forth. The transmission on the truck is obviously so faulty that the rpm’s on the vehicle were completely out of control, fluctuating randomly when the truck was at a stand still and all. It took every bit of love, care and driving experience and focus I had to just keep the truck moving and on the road. AND on the way back from my destination to return the truck the check engine light comes on. Big surprise considering the way it was driving. Frankly, I think it was incredibly irresponsible to have anyone behind that truck. It is dangerous. We’re all lucky I’ve driven trucks before because if someone who is slightly inexperienced gets behind the wheel of that vehicle I fear for their safety and well-being. I’m incredibly unhappy with my experience in that vehicle but I was able to get from point a to point b and back on the grace of god and sheer luck. So I’ll take that as a win.

Louie JCharged for cleaning- wasn’t dirty so feel this was a scam. I had truck 10 hours and drove straight from Knoxville on highway. Unloaded with no trash in cab or bed. How is it dirty?
Glen SThere was a warning light the whole time on the van regarding tire pressure monitor system . It was unsettling driving around like that, but the van still seemed to drive OK. I did alert the agent at the location .Please repair it before the next customer rents it out.
