The lady checking us in and out should not be representing uhaul, she was VERY unprofessional and didn't have a clue what she was doing. Will not return to this uhaul location again.

The woman forgot to the put the dolly we ordered (and paid extra for) into the truck we rented. This resulted in me having to take almost an hour away (25 min drive each way) from our moving schedule. We had everything coordinated and paid for additional services (hired movers, childcare) but lost an hour of my time in order to pick up the dolly she forgot to put in the truck. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was quite the inconvenience and had financial ramifications. She should have at the least removed the dolly from our bill, but wouldn’t. Very poor customer service.

UHaul, not the local guy, tried to automatically charge me for 2 days instead of 1day. Another customer was dealing with the same problem. The local guy was able to resolve my situation but not the other customer’s. Very scary to think you are running some scam.

I reserved a 10-ft. truck and then one wasn't available when I came to pick it up. I had to settle for a 15-ft. truck which cost considerably more in ferry charges (2 trips).

This location does not have wifi, check in took about 40 minutes, the customer service was not the best, and there was not a lot of clarity. This place was not up to the standards of the last uhaul facility I rented from. The lady seemed like we were bothering her by being there.

Your link to directions on Uhaul site takes you to a neighborhood and wrong location. This made us late picking up our truck. The clerk there was very friendly.

Location was disorganized and had multiple issues with getting a unit checked out. Took an hour to get out of the office and took another 30mins to drop it off because of how horrible their organization is. Could benefit from a visit from corporate.

The biggest problem we had with this place was that Google Maps had them in a totally different location than they actually were. We called and got the real directions and found the place. Had I known where it was I probably would not have rented from here because it was so far out of our way. That being said the service was great the the equipment was in perfect condition and the staff was helpful.

I have rented from U-Haul many times over the years and always had a good experience until now. This last rental was frustrating at best, took almost an hour to get the travel trailer due to the main employee being out during business hours on a personal errand, then took someone else behind me in line 1st when she got back. After finally getting my rental started, she clicked the wrong key 15 minutes into it and had to start all over. By the time I finally got the trailer it was too late to be able to use it to tow a car from the repair shop because no other employees were there to help push the car onto the trailer. I brought the trailer right back within 40 minutes and requested a refund and was told had to contact U-Haul Corporate to get that. After trying several times to get an update from Corporate was told my case was closed because the story from the U-Haul dealer was different than mine. Really? They never called me to confirm my information and took the dealer's word. It's not about the money but rather the Principal of doing the right thing for a loyal customer. U-Haul you need to do a better job of taking care of your Client's like me.

Web links would not open to conduct PMCS and assess previous damage, emailed receipt was not compatible for printing on HP computer, dolly was not available at time of vehicle sign out.

Drive through feed did an excellent job. Uhaul, however, is a mess. I've used Uhaul products, many times ove r the years, but I will avoid using them in the future. I Can't believe what a mess, the dispatch team made of my rental. It seems, they continually went out of their way, to make my reservation as difficult as possible.

Long trip for us to pick up a new Uhaul after 1 of the 2 broke down only 2 miles from Uhaul dealer. However, the Gig Harbor people were awesome to deal with.

No printed contract, but overall great experience. Staff was helpful and went through the rental process without problem. Return was super easy and quick too. Equipment clean and maintained - although I think the tires should be balanced.

The locations was not bad. Unfortunately when Googling the place the location is wrong. It is about a 20 minute drive away. I know Google could have put it in wrong, but I would recommend updating that info. It wasted my time trying to find the place and was much farther away that I wanted and might have waited another day to do it had I known before hand. That being said, the people who work there and run it are fantastic. They were very quick and very helpful. They were all cheerful and polite and just made the experience smoth and delightful.

My only problem was that I ain't got a phone call from your dispatcher asking for me to bring a U-Haul to a different location which would have been fine except I spent two and a half hours and traffic to get that vehicle to a new location when I could have just taken it up the street and dropped it off and all I got was $15 in gas that was taken off to me I feel that my time is worth more than $15 so I will probably never do that again

One of the best hauling pieces of equipment I've ever used. No problems what-so ever. Towed down the road like a dream. Personnel at DriveThruFeed were very helpful. I had to change the pick-up date twice because of unexpected business.... no problem. They helped me all the way.

The problem was not really the location. Google maps has not updated GPS changes and we were routed to a residential location and wasted 45 minutes getting actual location directions. I would suggest that when a customer calls, that the person with Uhaul make it clear GPS won't get them there..

I know these are subcontractor vendors but their staff was not well trained and it took me almost 40 min to get my check out complete. Also this location was an hour away from my resquested location.

The staff and equipment was great. The only complaint that I have is that we received an email stating that our rental would be available for pick up at 8am for self pick up. When we got there, our truck was not there and when the employees arrived (10am) we were told that the truck wasn’t expected back until 10:30am. We upgraded to a larger truck so that we wouldn’t have to wait any longer and had to pay $10 more.

The location took me two hours to get there. The address is not really in the town listed. It is on the outskirts, and really difficult to find if you go to the town listed. Drive Thru Feed On The Key is a nice place, but the location is so out of the way, I rated it below average.

People are very nice and helpful, but they were unlocatable(!) by GPS. I had to call them and have them explain to me where exactly to go, then pin their location and drive to it. If U-Haul can fix that, I think they’d have more customers willing to rent from there. (the pinned location came up as: 16915 121st Kp N Gig Harbor, WA 98329. You’re welcome ?? )

When dropping off the truck the gentleman was nice but knew very little about the U-Haul process. It took us over an hour to drop off because the 'system' for U Haul kept trying to charge me for a day's rental that I had paid for at pick up. I attempted to contact customer service via phone and waited on hold for 30 minutes, and finally hung up. He was able to call the District Manager for U haul and they finally sorted it out. The whole drop off process was frustrating and I will not be using U Haul again. During a big move, there are enough stressful things, an online reservation, pick up and drop off of a moving truck should be the most simple of all. With U Haul it simply isn't. Going to Ryder next time.

People who work here were great and helpful, but the location itself lacks room to store many need for items such as Furniture pads.

This only asked me about the location, which has nothing to do with the policies of the U-Haul company. I am very dissatisfied with the policy of not having a full tank to start and end with. I don't imagine you will be going back to locked gas caps...but that's what you need to do to solve this problem. Just sayin'
