The app needs some attention - unable to log into the site

Don SwansonFill the truck up so your first driving experience and delay is finding a gas station. I had no idea how much fuel the truck would consume so I left a lot more fuel in the vehicle than I needed. That added to the cost of moving
John KrupaThis was the absolute worse rental company I have ever had to deal with. Ben has shown us no integrity and over charged us by 80 dollars when he knows the charge was inaccurate. Not too mention he told us to call the 1800 number and stuck on hold for 35 minutes with no one answering Guess this is the type of business. He add coverage for 15 dollar when we told him no and billed us anyways and we have to phone get that corrected? Where is the service?

Sharice FurgasonI asked for no CDW coverage and the $15 cdw charge was put on. I needed a 2” inch ball and they didn’t have any. I wanted to pay my deposit by debit and couldn’t because they had no debit machine. Used extra 15km at 69 cents per km because had to go buy a $30 2” ball receiver. What should have cost $40-$50 ended up costing almost $70.
David Hendersonthe 6 x 12 cargo trailers should have a tongue jack. They are too heavy to have to lift off the ground to place on a hitch.

Natalie DicksonLocation was difficult to find: no signs visible from the outside, tiny office hidden inside a decrepit mattress company; I searched for an hour and asked every possibly business on 114 avenue and nobody has heard of a U-Haul office. Truck was very tired at 155000 miles. AC was broken. I drove it four days in the heat and had to stop at 2pm when the temperature just made the drive unsafe. Engine was stalling whenever I stopped (traffic light etc). The engine was pumping the gas pedal for me forcing me to ride the brakes below 40mph. It made parking and maneuvering at low speed very dangerous. A terrible experience.
Marc-Antoine DelarcheWe booked a uhal over a month before moving time, for my location. A truck was not available, I had to drive 30 mins away. I should of been able to a have a truck in my own town as requested. The truck was dirty. And smoked in. I'm allergic to smoke. Mel was kind, at the pick up location And uhaul should have a 30 ft truck as 26 doesn't fit as much as stated.
Cori WakefieldReplace dreadful web app. Have vehicles that aren’t run down. Have vehicles ready at the time and location agreed to with customer. Collect less personal information. Face ID, really? A copy of a lease? Get real. Never again!
