My experience went smoothly. The staff member at this location was knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. She went through the details with me clearly. The vehicle itself was fine. The only reason I said 'no' for 'well-maintained' was that there was a small pile of shattered glass in the space where the back door closes. It's out of the way of regular foot traffic BUT it is still dangerous especially because it could easily get stuck in someone's shoes or spill onto someone's driveways. Fortunately I spotted it early. I got the impression that the truck had not been swept clean by previous movers. I had to very carefully clean up as much of the glass as I could because I was concerned u-haul might think it was me. The bag of throw mats and moving dolly were also already detached. I'm aware that typically we are charged if they're found open. I called the location immediately to tell them it was already open. They said not to worry, I wouldn't be charged and I was not. Thank you. Overall it was a simple experience with little hassle.

The app experience to pick up the truck was an absolute nightmare. Not at all user friendly and we spent nearly an hour trying to just get it signed out and on our way. Had we known it would be that long to get it, we would have bumped our pick up time earlier.

The receptionist was so rude and was not wearing her mask, yet she was yelling at me to wear mine when i had an alternative face covering. She seriously made the start of my moving process horrible. She was rolling her eyes and really just not a friendly person for a front desk role in my opinion.

It was good experience with nice and clean car. I picked up 10' U-haul truck on Saturday morning 8:30, 26th Sept. Morning receptionist was very pleasant lady with excellent service. When I arrived there I saw she was sanitizing U-Haul vehicles. I felt very safe to drive U-Haul car. I retuned the vehicle around 4pm. I didn't like the afternoon receptionist lady. She wasn't pleasant. Still I recommend U-Haul to rent. Very easy and simple to reserve booking on line.

I had a great experience at this location. The truck was clean and ready when we arrived. The associate working was very friendly and helpful. The whole transaction from picking up and returning after our move was seamless. It was good value as well. Will definitely use them again if I need a van or moving truck.

It took me almost an hour to pick up the truck. The self pick up application would not upload my picture as required - very frustrating. The support rep said that this happens frequently.

I was charge 100 km more then I have being used. I was lucky thus had photos before and after and didn't took much time to prove that I'm right. However I believe it is not fair to make typos and charge customers more.

Some trailer problems are due to a poor grounding connection, which is usually the white wire coming out of the trailer plug. I don't know if mine's plug problem, maybe my plug needs new one. The trailer is great.

When we got there the place was closed. We dropped off the keys. Your closing procedures and processed are ridiculous through your website. Because of the events yesterday morning, we were already running late and that whole thing was just more delay when we just needed to drop and go. Again, I'm not using UHaul again. The experience with the company (not the representatives) has been poor.

Better signage from Dundas Street desperately needed, as well as clearer instructions and photos in the email indicating where the depot is actually located (at the back of a building, with no street signage). It was not at all obvious where to drop off and forced me to make a u-turn in a 26' truck — not easy.

Your website allowed me to book a van at 8:00. When I arrived, just after eight, the location was closed. Did not open until 9. Cost me an hour. This is strike three. I will never use U-haul again.

I refilled the gas before return, but they charged me for the gas. I have before and after pictures of the same, but the officer said I would have come and told her before taking the pick up, I was in a hurry so I didn't do at the time of pick up, I called to confirm after received the receipt, the officer was not understanding at all, blaming me for not coming and talking to her, also the kilometres was wrong in the initial receipt. Poor customer service.

My on line reservation experience was very difficult. Why could I not talk directly to pickup location to make a reservation. I live in Ontario Canada your central booking agents must be in the US. as they did not seem to be able to relate my location to pickup location. Trying to access my order on line was also difficult. I tried checking in on line could not got error message at your end. So had to go through process at pickup location. Gave my credit card info on phone at time of making reservation, pickup location required it again but could not process it.

I asked for a dolly. And called in before the store closed to confirm it would be available. The person on the phone said the dolly would be left in the truck bed. When I pick up the truck a dolly was not found. Due to this I had to break my back to pick up appliances as I had no other choice. Thanks U-Haul that was very professional.

No direction on how the whole process works. Couldn't get the lock open easily to obtain the key. Had no idea where the key drop box was. Took a long time to get approval. Clearer instructions on what to expect during the process would have been nice. I wasted 30 minutes trying to figure all this stuff out on my own

My reserved truck was given to another customer. I reserved a dolly and did not get one and then I was charged an additional $67 for a broken or missing item. I have submitting an email yesterday regarding the situation and I will be calling uhaul head office if I am not contacted tomorrow
