Some of the equipment that I was charged for, was not with the rental at pick up. I submitted this with pickup and drop off information, but I was still charged for the equipment. I have spoken to 2 different representatives, neither of them seemed to be able to refund me the money for that. I will continue to call until this is resolvedKatie L.

I had a confirmed 24/7 pickup scheduled for 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:50 am. The office was locked with a "We will return at 10:30 am sign in the window. I called multiple numbers that were listed on the office window with no response. At 10:25 am, the office opened. The man working was somewhat argumentative telling me that I could not have had a 24/7 reservation although I was able to make on using the U-Haul App. When I returned the vehicle, the man added a CDW $11.00 insurance coverage charge that I had not approved. I didn't notice this until I left the property. I called the location and spoke with man. He said U-Haul had added on the coverage, he said he did not do it. I called U-Haul corporate and spoke with Eliza in your CS department. She confirmed that I had NOT authorized the CDW when I made the reservation. She took care of crediting my card. The woman at the location was helpful; however, the man was my primary point of contact. This store is not a good representation of your company.Caron M.

Stop allowing small storage places in good locations to run ur businesses.. They don't know ur rules, and they don't care, and it's a waiste of time to drive to o e place and the vehicle wanted isn't there only to be told.. I don't know, u have to call uhaul, they're on their own system, we can't give e u that info cause we work for the storage places, not uhaul, we're just answering their calls... wth?Merlena G.

The truck was absolutely disgusting. I had to sweep it out before I loaded . Smelled of dead roaches and filth. The cab was also nasty . The smell again , was vomit worthy. I sprayed it down with Lysol. I was pressed for time, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I will not go back to this location. Negative 5 starsAnne C.
The two young ladies in the office were very gracious & incredibly kind. They acknowledged my wife & I immediately and let us know they would be right with us. The car was dirty and had low tire pressure, was even low on engine oil and was not serviced. I had to spend money out of pocket to get the air filled and spend additional time in this. Even the van did not have full tank of gas and had less than 3 quarters full tank which the lady who serviced was kind enough to adjust. Overall disappointing.Prasenjit S.

Rented a 10' truck on May 7th for 4+ hours. Truck bed was filthy and I cleaned it out prior to use. Used only 15 miles of my estimated 40 and returned the truck with more gas than when I got it and returned the keys to the designated box as instructed by Uhaul. Estimated costâ€¦$75-80. At this point, one week later, I have been charged over $400 for a lost key, returned dirty, had for 3 days, etc. Unacceptable! Will not use Uhaul again. Still no answers.Shawn A.

Your Manager is super legit and caring! She takes care of her customers and we will recommend this location every time because of how kind she was to me having to move across town yesterday and then having a family member have an emergency that wound us up in the ER last night. we were going to miss the drop off time because the truck was still half full and I was super stressed! She told us not to worry about it and I said we were working on unloading the truck but just behind. She was so kind and chill when we did show up three hours later with the truck and I appreciate her so very much! If we ever need a truck again we will for sure be back to Devon Uhaul!Sean P.

I did ask to not have the insurance, but it was placed on my bill anyway and not caught till after the rental was executed. I was told I could call the 800 number and have it removed, but just a bit of a pain. Otherwise the rep I dealt with was great!Bryan W.

My boyfriend and I were told we could drop the rental back off at the same location and that it wouldn't be a problem. They told us where to put the key and park the car if we dropped it off after hours. My boyfriend and I dropped the vehicle off on the same day around 6 pm and we even have pictures with time stamps to prove it. Well for the last two days I've received calls from U-Haul saying that the vehicle was never returned and that the location hasn't updated that it was turned in. The location was closed Sunday so they couldn't update the system so now I'm being charged an extra day even though it was turned in a day before it was due. It doesn't help that I keep getting idiots calling me asking the same questions that the last person asked leaving me to explain myself again when they could easily put a note on my account explaining the situation, but if they did that, they couldn't overcharge me by $70. I was hoping the U-Haul would of made my move easier, but nope, they've just made it more difficult. I will not be using nor recommending this company to anyone.Zachary A.

Brand new facility! Very clean office with free K-cup coffee, and friendly staff! No to little wait time at this location. They also have air conditioned storage space for rent. If you are in a hurry, this is the location to go to.Paul M.
