Vraiment, cet endroit joue d'indÃ©cence Ã un point que je ne croyais pas possible. DÃ©jÃ , le vÃ©hicule empeste la cigarette et est visiblement mal entretenu. Ensuite, les employÃ©s tentent par tous les moyens de gratter des sous, et pas rien qu'un peu. La valve pour le gaz Ã©tant manuelle, la dame prend des photos des angles qui l'arrangent, m'a forcÃ© Ã payer 25 $ alors que j'avais rempli exactement au mÃªme endroit oÃ¹ je l'avais pris. Manque complet de respect, on n'y parle pas franÃ§ais et pratiquement pas anglais, comprÃ©hension impossible. Mais le pire, c'est Ã©videmment la malhonnÃªtetÃ©. TrÃ¨s trÃ¨s dÃ©Ã§u, Ã©vitez si vous le pouvez, et si vous n'avez d'autres choix que de faire affaire avec cet endroit, prenez tous les moyens pour prÃ©venir ces stratagÃ¨mes (entendez-vous au prÃ©alable sur le niveau de gaz auquel ramenÃ© le vÃ©hicule). I asked for a furniture dolly and blankets ... they didn't have any. The lady was speaking only English. She didn't really know what to do. The truck was really dirty inside. The place itself his a mess ... some sort of a convenient store in the middle of nowhere. I refuse the insurance because I have an insurance that covers the rental ... she didn't ask for any proof. Il m'appelle 2 fois par jour et m envois des textos (ou est le camion ???) The truck I originally rented was not available. So I had to pay more for the bigger truck. I was not happy about that. I was told it was not working. The back of the truck was dirty and not cleaned I had to clean it. I would recommend this place only because it's the closest one.Angelo P.

Make sure there are instructions or qualified personnel on site to help with attaching the trailer. I wasn't sure how to operate the ajustable attachment and the lady in the store didn't know either.Sylvain T.
1- make sure the vehicle is clean, no garbage left over from previous client rental, no left over packages in the cargo area that I needed to shuffle around in order to get my cargo in 2- fuel level was well below the minimum indicated on the instructions, in fact, it was indicating Empty when I retrieved the truck 3- engine light went on during my trip, and vehicle had difficulty maintaining steady highway speed 4- this was actually a last minute back up plan since the location where we reserved a cargo van, then took the time to call U-Haul and speak to customer service to verify that I would be able to pick it up at 6 AM, ended up being closed and I was unable to retrieve the vehicle at the agreed-upon time . Luckily, I was redirected to this location that was relatively close by, however they did not have a cargo van, and it took nearly an hour to transfer my reservation and re-enter all of my personal info into the system, so I arrived almost an hour late to pick up my cargo from the glass manufacturer where everyone was standing around and waiting for me . I intend to follow up with U-Haul to ensure that we are not charged any additional costs associated with this unfortunate turn of events, we did everything we needed to do to reserve the proper vehicle, and even spent half an hour to get on the phone with someone and verbally confirm everything. We should not be charged anything extra because someone forgot to set us up in their system correctly, and we were not able to get the vehicle we had reserved.Martin S.

The trailer need some maintenance and new parts: -the electrical 4 pins wiring harness is way too short and can't connect to any vehiculeâ€¦ I had to buy a 36'' wiring harness extenderâ€¦ -the rear chain is missing the rubber secure part so chain can fall -the tow straps for front wheels are worn out pretty bad, and the passanger side is way too short I wasn't able to use it. At least I had my own 10,000lbs tow strap. -There is no license plate on this trailerâ€¦ Not the first time I rent a car hauler with Uhaul but this one was by far the worst one.Marc B.

I had a 6am reservation for a 15feet truck with SelfPick option with the phone. Well... there was no truck, no service, nothing, just a notification who said " Wait until the opening of the store at 10am" I had to found an Express solution, by chance there was anoter Uhaul Service who was open at 6am. And left one 10"truck. Finally... cost me double Kilometers, double gaz and double Time Rental. Cause my truck was to small and i had to make two travel. Worst service i ever seen.JeanDaniel P.

Mechanism to lift trailer was missing the crank and was held in place by a strap. The trailer I reserved at another location was to be returned late, so this was the last trailer available in MontrÃ©al and I had to take it!JEANE M.
This was the fourth location that I had been assigned. I reserved a 10' truck in west Montreal. They changed it to a 15' in south Montreal. Then morning of my pickup they changed it to Fenlon Falls, Ont. Which is 570kms away?????? Finally all they had was a 26' truck 45 minutes east of Montreal. What happened to all reservations guaranteed? Spent 5 hours on the phone throughout this ordeal. The worst experience.Jason B.

Difficulty communicating with cashiers in both languages â€‹â€‹(English-French). The total amount was not clearly explained to me. On taking possession: the truck was dirty, the brakes jumped at the front, the rear left flasher was defective and the parking brake lever was hanging under the dashboard. I appreciate the services of Uhaul, usually I use the service of a merchant in my city who is better structured, but it did the job anyway. thank youMaxime L.

I booked it at 10750 boul. Henri-Bourassa for 14PM on departure but the van never arrived. I had to call UHaul to send me to another address for 14:45pm, I booked $38 at departure for 3h of time but I got a bill of $56. I am very disappointed with my experience with UhaulMehdi L.
