The service provider did not have pads that were ordered for the move. The service provider would not allow a return to the point of rental to add a second driver that would be picked up. The truck was fine.

My drop off comments summarize this experience. The pickup location was okay but we did not arrive here until after many issues and stresses in the first place. I will also add we were not informed from this location we would be billed four extra over the original bill as originally I was supposed to pick up and drop off in Oak Creek but we ended up having to pick up in Racine and drop off in Oak Creek. Reason for lower rating: The location was not open for U-haul customers. I'm not certain but I don't think this was the locations fault rather it had to do with how it was it was scheduled.

I was never called that my truck was ready for me to pick up I had to call uhaul my self to find out. When I arrived an hour after I called uhaul they were not ready for me to pick the truck up. I was given no paper work when I picked up the truck. No receipt when I picked up the truck or dropped off the truck. They did not go over the truck with me for the damage already on the truck. I did not receive the uhaul paper that described damages already on the truck and rhe gas level that I had to return the truck at.

Nice lady and after calling everywhere in my area to drop off a 20 foot truck, we drove 10 miles to get here. Overall, I would NEVER rent from uhaul again. Awful customer service at the regional building.

Basically a quicky mart and the manager was not there who issues the uhauls. Thankfully the store employee was willing to go the extra mile and make a few phone calls. Unfortunately, there was no employees to help us attach the car transport.

The truck was great. The service was extremely slow! It took a minimum 45 minutes from the time we began being served. I don't know what the problem was but it took way too long! She couldn't print my receipt so tried to email the receipt which took another 10 minutes.

My problem is not with the locations but with the U-haul website and the facility in Oak Creek. Not only did they attempt to schedule my move for noon when I advised that I needed it by 6AM they also told me that I could pick up my truck at a location a half a mile from me until 9pm on the day of the move. Ten minutes prior to 6PM they call and say that the place is closing at six and that I would have to go to the north side of milwaukee to get my truck which, as it turns out, is in a REALLY bad neighborhood. Thankfully the people at the station on six mile road worked with me but U-Haul has made this the WORST move I've ever had!

I rented a 17" truck with a flat bed to move my car long distance. I was happy to find that the flatbed was hook up to the truck already and that I could drive right out of the parking lot.

Have universal wiring harnesses! At other locations in the past they always had them. Had to chase one down in a town I don't live in. Problems with the door opening smoothly...like it was coming off track. Staff was very friendly at pickup, fast transaction, just wish they had more accessories to offer.

I didnt ask for the truck to be dropped off @ this location... This location is 10 miles one way out of my way which wasted fuel. Also the truck was less than a quarter tank full when I picked it up... If I am required to leave 3/4 of a tank of fuel in it when I drop it off why didnt it have 3/4 of a tank in it when I picked it up? WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN

I had to wait 15 minutes for the owner to show up as he was the onlt person who could help with Uhaul and was then told by him I did not have to wait that I could have just dropped off the equipment. Not good as I needed a receipt and their acceptance of the equipment. The owner was also inconsiderate in that he was talking on his cell phone via bluetooth the whole time and was just barely paying attention to me to finish out the transaction. Very disappointing

For starters, I requested a truck in Kenosha. I actually got a truck in Oak Creek which cost my own personal vehicle and the truck more money in gas even though they gave me more miles, it was still more money. When I called to ask questions, I was hung up on for saying I needed to have someone who could help me. I also was told I could pick up the truck at 11 but the person wasn't there to help me until noon. The customer service was horrible, nobody was willing to help me just keep reminding me that I "checked a box". I will NEVER use uhaul again and will make sure all of my friends/family know how horrible the experience is and to not ever spend money with this company.

The people at the dropoff had no idea what they needed to do. I had to suggest that they keep a copy of my contract. They had very poor service and I was concerned that they would not be on top of the records and that I would be charged or something. I will not be using this location ever again in the future.

All tires were low on air. I filled the tires to specs. Trailer was filthy inside, I cleaned it out before I used it. There was no one there to help put the trailer on the hitch. I had to call 2 friends to come and help me.

The attendant had to call and wake up the U-haul agent (10:00 a.m.) I also called ahead to let them know what time I would be there, and I had to wait about 25 minutes for the gal to show up.

Only one person knew how to check out customers on U-Haul. The cashier had to call this person in, and we had to wait until this person arrived.

The pick-up location was 30 miles out of my way, costing me in fuel. Additionally the interior of the UHaul was dirty, there was spilled soda (or something) on the floor, onbe windshield wiper was very damaged, and the other wiper was missing altogether.
