Very poor customer service at pick up. Walked past owner? manager? outside having cigarette on my way into shop. She told me she'd be right with me.....15 minutes later an employee went out to get her and I waited another 5 minutes. Then she asked me all the same questions that I already answered when making reservations online. After the paperwork I was asked if I could hook up trailer myself. I was surprised by that so she sent a guy from the back to help. When we get to the trailer he admits he's never hooked up a trailer. I am stunned that U-Haul cares what color car you tow on a tow dolly (what I rented) but they trust you to hook it up and know how to use it. This 3rd party dealer should NOT be a U-Haul provider.

The quote for the truck and auto transport was different when we picked up. We had to find a location that had the equipment, none of the locations were giving the same information. Horrible experience.

The safety chain hooks were to small for my truck hitch, we had to disconnect them your trailer and thread them through my hitch.

The service i got was fine nothing to complain about, what I do have problems with is there being four other uhauls with in 1/2 a mile of this site also the location for this uhaul is incorrect in Google and the uhaul website it says the location of this uhaul is on the 202 and broadway.

Have the employees more attentive to what the customers need. Even being a last minute experience, needing the uhaul, it was like pulling teeth. Very scattered, had 3 employees helping us and still took longer then it should've. If your computer's are down, then have it fixed before you have customers in their, or be ready to do everything manually and paper write it all.

My one day order for a10' truck was messed up from the start. I'm not sure why but I reserved it well in advance but had trouble with UHaul getting the accuracy of the order currect 3 different times. Sorry UHaul, you did not make my move easier.

The person I worked with was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I had several U-Haul locations in the area to choose from and I am very happy I picked this one.

With any rental, check tires! Tire fell apart. Fortunately uhaul had repair service to us within 45 minutes & back on road after another 45 minutes. Was advised to inspect "original " tire as it also showed cracking. Really, uhaul should replace tires regularly since their units get driven hard & long.

First they upgraded me to a 15' truck so the gas mileage was worse and cost more money about $150. When we picked up the truck it had a tow sticker on it and was super dirty inside and out. The transmission had a hard time shifting.

The pick up date was changed on me along with the location. And they did not have the appliance dolly that I had requested with my online order. I had to go get a dolly from another location. I was promised credits back due to the inconvenience that I still have not received.

The drop off location in Mesa Az was hard to find, when you go inside it does not even look professional. Looks like someone working out of their closet. Very disorganized

By far one of the most unorganized and rude employees who lie and say they can't fix a mess up on their end when one of their employees screws things up. They also like to hang up on customers when called to resolve the issue. When asked for the corporate office number they said if we want it we have to get it off their Internet site. Everything was reported to corporate and they had to fix the issues and rudely did so.

No one came to see if I attached the trailer correctly. When I dropped it off I said something to the receptionist and she stated, "most people want to hookup the trailer themselves and don't want our help" is that what uHauls customer service is?

We made the reservation at U Haul on Main St. When we went to pick up the unit it was at a different location. We were not informed that we would have to go to a different location to pick up the trailer.

People need better customer service attitudes. Wiring harness was cut. Right rear tire of car hauler was flat when we loaded the car. Had to wait for U-haul to get a different tire & wheel delivered and put on trailer. The wheel was in terrible shape and it was the wheel that was leaking not the tire.

The front desk woman was very rude and I had to fight with her to give me the Uhual that I had ordered even though I had a reference number. She wouldn't let me pay or use the truck until she had a representative call and tell her that my reference number was correct and I did indeed reserve the Uhual. The gas amount and mileage was not was correct on my paperwork and had to be fixed before I could take it. The woman was the most rude person i have ever had to encounter and due to this I won't ever use your company again.

The people there did not help us hook up the trailer and when we dropped it off the guy told us we were lucky the car didn't fall off the way we had it hooked up. He informed us that the Uhaul representatives should of hooked it up for us and made sure we knew how to do it correctly. We actually had to go back in to ask him to move a truck because we couldn't get to the trailer and after moving the truck he ran back inside he did not help us at all. The the guy called them to ask about it and the lady told him on the phone that we came after they were closed and that was the reason no one helped us. Not true.

The woman who helped seemed very flustered at the littlest thing. She tried to tell me that my order was corrupted from the computer that I placed my order from. I work for a large technology company and know that there is nothing wrong with the system. Also, the person in front of me was having issues with her too. She didn't seem to know what equipment she actually had on site or where it was located. Instead of calling Uhaul directly when she couldn't get the system to work, she hand wrote out an invoice and told me that she couldn't offer me insurance. She told me that my insurance would cover any and all damage (which is contradictory to the Uhaul website). All of this took nearly an hour. After this point I received a phone call from a man who worked for Uhaul and he asked if I was able to get everything taken care of. He took all of my information and made sure that I had insurance through Uhaul and would be covered and emailed me a copy of all of the paperwork that I would need. He is the reason that I will use Uhaul again in the future, but I will NEVER use or recommend Day Star Screens again.

I HAVE RENTED FROM THIS LOCATION BEFORE BUT NOT SURE I WOULD AGAIN. TRUCK WAS RETURNED ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON (AFTER THEY CLOSED) AND I RECEIVED A CALL MONDAY MORNING ASKING WHEN THE TRUCK WAS GOING TO BE RETURNED. AFTER 2 OR 3 MORE PHONE CALLS I TOLD THAT THEY WERE REPORTING THE TRUCK STOLEN. I MADE AT LEAST 5-6 MORE CALLS TO THEM BEFORE THEY WERE ABLE TO TELL ME THAT THINGS WERE "OK NOW". I NEVER GOT AN APOLOGY OR ANY SORT OF EXPLANATION.
