Online service takes longer than anticipate. App goes wonky making you call for live service
JANE RThe truck was dirty inside the cab and the cargo area, everything else was great with the location. The Uhaul app on the other hand, is terrible. Returning the truck during off hours is terrible because the uhaul app doesn't work most of the time, I was instructed to use the mobile website instead which did work.
Julio PWhen I loaded the vehicle I noticed one of the tires became flat. Had to unload and the go put air in it. When I put the vehicle back on it. The tires where ok.

Tangi Bfirst i would work on the app , scan is worthless spent more time just trying to work the app than actually driving , two If you make a reservation for one of your vehicles and say it will be at such location , Please let them know in advance that the said vehicle will not be at that location. that was completely wrong. after all that was said and done the rest was very good.
jose cLove the early morning dispatch system. So glad to not have to wait until the counter opens. Ordered blankets but they were not delivered. Clerk said that they don’t do blankets if it is an early pickup. That system needs to be resolved because I needed them and was counting on them.

James DI did a review already but am adding a 2nd. I am the one happy the site is in the neighborhood. I saw someone wrote about it being a problem there. I was blessed because in5 minutes I was in and out. I had a live person take my.xard and license and got the key. My grandson checked it in so I am not sure of the process . I rented a van last month from this location. I love U- haul prices are so reasonable.
Alice HVehicle windshield and passenger side mirror was broken. Vehicle interior was also dirty. The process with self check in getting the keys was a whole Lotta headache. The gentleman says he only offers U-Haul from 8 AM to 12. There’s too much of a headache. My question to him was why do you even offer the service if it’s a headache? Let’s just say I will no longer go to this location.

adrian rThe mobile pick up was not a secure drop off method. I returned my van on time and was still charged a after service fee because i was unable to take the picture. When i called the location in the morning the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I explained to him that i followed all the steps and he told me there was nothing he can do. I will never use service at this location again.

Simon EI don't know if it was my phone or their computer but I know they have my credit card or my information I couldn't get into 24/7 and it kept asking me to retake the photos we take the license we take my face shot we take the license plate I get it about three or four times and every time I ran out of time he gave me a truck that was on almost on e empty and it has some like greasy stuff on the side mirrors and on the back handle door for the drove well I drove it from New York to Georgia non-stop for gas stretching a little food

JASONM ICustomer service was horrible and secondly could not return truck after hours stay at that location for over an hour tried customer service on hold for 45mins for it to drop the call tried the chat it said 10mins and at the 8 min mark it dropped off the chat so I had to return the truck on Monday morning because the location told me they were not open on sundays so I had to pay for extra days I rented the truck Saturday morning at 9a was finished with it at 3p not satisfied
GERALDINE LFirst I was supposed to Pickup in New Rochelle location, online but nobody left any key for me, not the first time, disaster, the worst costumer service store, bunch of thugs. After waiting 15-20 to speak to someone on the phone she was able to find me an online pickup in Mount Vernon, I had no choice, the truck was disgusting, check engine light was on, dirty inside and cargo plenty of broken glasses inside. Ac wasn’t working and the fumes from engine were getting inside the truck, a total failure. Not happy at all, worst experience ever, never renting from you guys again.

Ishwar MCustomer service was not good. Felt like I was imposing with any question. Plus I had to wait wait wait while owner was fixing someones car. On drop off, I couldn't get any info on the bill... as owner was more focused on closing (early!). I still dont know the cost? Wanted to ensure I was not charged for a full tank as van was not full (5/8). I only went 5 miles... so I put 1 gal. Gas in van. tried to tell him that. He wouldnt engaged... kept saying ...'they will close you out in the morning??? Who is they?

Ivie OBetter awareness by rental pick-up (Dave’s) of on-line booking as they said that i could just pick it up after hours which wasn’t the case and involved waiting on hold for 1 hour for customer phone service to assist with the pick-up.

Douglas PDave's Fifth Avenue station is actually good, and the service there was great, but the neighborhood location is pretty rough with many, many dilapidated buildings and high crime. It's nerve wracking.
Michael WStop over booking the trucks and the guy at Dave’s station was rude an unprofessional. I advise people to check there statements, I had multiple charges on my card without my authorization. Called the 1-800 number and they said they didn’t know anything about those charges and it wasn’t authorize from them. To go back to Dave’s gas station and check with him 🤔 don’t ever use this location ‼️

Michael WHave enough equipment for renters and there needs. There wasn't enough needed accessories to choose from. I understand being and Annex, there should be enough to offer. If I'm doing a online reservation
