adrian R.The mobile pick up was not a secure drop off method. I returned my van on time and was still charged a after service fee because i was unable to take the picture. When i called the location in the morning the staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I explained to him that i followed all the steps and he told me there was nothing he can do. I will never use service at this location again.

Simon E.I don't know if it was my phone or their computer but I know they have my credit card or my information I couldn't get into 24/7 and it kept asking me to retake the photos we take the license we take my face shot we take the license plate I get it about three or four times and every time I ran out of time he gave me a truck that was on almost on e empty and it has some like greasy stuff on the side mirrors and on the back handle door for the drove well I drove it from New York to Georgia non-stop for gas stretching a little food

JASONM I.Customer service was horrible and secondly could not return truck after hours stay at that location for over an hour tried customer service on hold for 45mins for it to drop the call tried the chat it said 10mins and at the 8 min mark it dropped off the chat so I had to return the truck on Monday morning because the location told me they were not open on sundays so I had to pay for extra days I rented the truck Saturday morning at 9a was finished with it at 3p not satisfied
GERALDINE L.First I was supposed to Pickup in New Rochelle location, online but nobody left any key for me, not the first time, disaster, the worst costumer service store, bunch of thugs. After waiting 15-20 to speak to someone on the phone she was able to find me an online pickup in Mount Vernon, I had no choice, the truck was disgusting, check engine light was on, dirty inside and cargo plenty of broken glasses inside. Ac wasn't working and the fumes from engine were getting inside the truck, a total failure. Not happy at all, worst experience ever, never renting from you guys again.

On drop off, I couldn't get any info on the bill... as owner was more focused on closing (early!). I still dont know the cost? Wanted to ensure I was not charged for a full tank as van was not full (5/8). I only went 5 miles... so I put 1 gal. Gas in van. tried to tell him that. He wouldnt engaged... kept saying ...'they will close you out in the morning??? Who is they?

Michael W.Stop over booking the trucks and the guy at Dave's station was rude an unprofessional. I advise people to check there statements, I had multiple charges on my card without my authorization. Called the 1-800 number and they said they didn't know anything about those charges and it wasn't authorize from them. To go back to Dave's gas station and check with him 🤔 don't ever use this location ‼ï¸

Why must things be so complicated and then whe you call for help it takes 40 minutes for a rude person to speak to crazy!!! Finally a nice rep Lisa help me thanks to her I got my issues fixed!

KENRICK M.First thing I rent a $29.99 15 feet and truck for 24 hours, received the truck dirty with dirty water in the front on the floor back was not the cleanness either but I too photos, upon return I wash the box of the truck only used it for moving furniture and they charged me $25 for cleaning - lie, also charge my card $110 and I dont know what for! it just does not make sense.

Parasnauth G.I booked a van for my move, and I choose the 24/7 option that's wonderful. However, when I arrived, I started the check-in process, everything going well. when the app showed me the photo of the van I located it and everything was parked perfect. Proceed to get the key in and then the problem starts, I took the key and went to start the van, but the key belonged to another van that was parked behind the other vans making access impossible. I called support and no one helped me, they told me they couldn't do anything since I had the key. I explained everything that happened and I just wanted to cancel and not be hired for anything. But nothing was done in my favor. I then left the key in the return box and completed the process. I highly recommend this place!

Alfred W.'My location was changed and I was not notified. When I called customer service and the scheduling department, I received terrible customer service from UHAUL (Not Dave's, dave's was great). The UHaul representative said "It sounds like you don't want this truck, should I cancel it so someone else can have it?" When I had explained to him I was moving from NYC to Ohio. The changed location was difficult for me to access when I was already experiencing a stressful move. In general, I would not recommend UHaul to anyone ever again.
Hannah T.I went to That location expecting to be helped by someone. He man at the counter told me to get the keys from a locked box, by unlocking with a code. I did not received any code in any email or txt msg. About 20 mins later while I was still on the phone trying to get a unsullied customer service employee to help me, another guy comes in from the Dave's Fifth Ave station hands me the keys of the truck. I was confused.
