The WiFi was not working at location resulting in a very long wait. Additionally once we did get the trailer home we realised it did not have the 12 furniture blankets we had added to our order. I called the representative who assured me this would be taken off our bill and a discount added. When we dropped the trailer off at the second location last night we found this had not happened. Very bad customer experience.

LILITH PKind of a dicey location. It's a defunct gas station with a run down storefront/entry. It was easy enough to rent but I'd stick with a main U-Haul site instead.

Abou KTrailer was in poor condition. It had an approx. 1.5in hole in its front wall and another in its floor. If it had been raining, my cargo would have gotten wet. Also the trailer's floor was very dirty with dried mud, which soiled my moving blankets. The attendant was kind enough to sweep and blow out the trailer when I asked him to, but the trailer needed to be scrubbed and mopped.

Carroll WI use two uhaul locations near me. I've noticed when I put extra gas in the trucks from this location I don't receive a credit for returning it with more gas than I got it with. Other spot (West Coast Storage) always gives me some type of credit.

COLLIE RI submitted an email regarding the gas gauge. The reading on the gauge and what's on the contract had been different on my last three rentals. The contract always has a higher value. I'd like a refund because I was charged extra for gas on my last rental Thank you

EDGARDO TThe man who assisted me came out to pull forward the Uhaul truck and walked around once, then told me I was good to go. I got on the freeway to realize he provided me with a truck that was on empty. I ended having to get back off the freeway to the nearest gas station to fuel up, in order to make it to my destinations. When I arrived to return the truck, I informed the man that the truck had no gas in it and he told me, there's nothing he can do about it now. On top of being charged my price of $85.00, which I received my receipt for at pickup up, I then received another charge for $192.00 for mileage and gas, after I spoke with him on the conditions when he gave me the truck. On top of being charged $300 for a rental I only used for 4.5 hours and had to put fuel in myself, I was not communicated or informed about my card being ran for another $192.00 charge. This location and the service was ridiculously terrible.

Cyan ANo wheel chucks-trailer rolled back and i had to run to get asphalt rock to put behind wheel so trailer wouldn't go into street. Also a trailer that heavy should have a trailer jack instead of having to lift off truck and set on ground-too heavy

Samuel KThe office where you check out is a junk drawer of a mess. Place is piles of car parts, magazines, oil canisters, etc. Made me wonder if it was a real Uhaul location.
DAVID FThis is not a location specific comment. Uhaul changed my reservation location 2 hrs before my pickup so had to drive an hour further to pickup similar equipment. When I asked if there was anything they could do about the inconvenience, they told me tough luck and nothing they could do. What poor customer experience!!! Would not recommend Uhaul if a rental is 100% required because they'll flake on you.

KENNETH MThe location is not an usual U-haul center. It's basically a repair shop, but the vehical pickup was quick and effortless. The vehicle was ready and I didn't have to go through the long process of confirming and checking boxes in the check out process. it was fine.

VERN MThe van was completely out of gas when we picked it up. Gassing up BEFORE we started our trip was unexpected and added time to our rental. This shouldn't be allowed. Returning the van keys required walking around to find someone who worked there, there was no key drop box. This was inconvenient, especially in covid times. I hope to never rent from this facility again due to the empty gas tank.

Johnny CPaul, Gives good service.Very reliable. I only wish U Haul vans had a back door handle to get in and out. Very hard to load and head room is low inside. Also, a personal request please bring back more of the 5x8 covered cargo trailers. They are very handy and easy to tow. They always are hard to find in my neighborhood . Gracias.
marilyn IThere was no dropbox that we could find at night to drop off keys. When we came to drop off the key the next morning the attendant yelled at us saying he had been looking for it all morning. When we explained that we couldn't find the dropbox, he said "everyone knows where it is". We asked him to show us where it is so we know next time, but he just kept saying "everyone knows" and refused to show us. Then he tried to threaten us with extra charges. We politely told him to F off and went on our way.
Michael PThe gas was half stolen by someone the night before our pickup time. We reserved an appliances dolly but only gave us a small cargo dolly. Our reservation was to drop off at a location in Tukwila but the guy rudely asked us to return to his location. Very poor experience. Would not recommend!
HANHUI WIf the address signage (the street number) stood out a bit more, it would be helpful. It could be as simple as painting it a different color than the building.
ZEYNEP ONo masks were being worn in the lobby by employees, despite local regulations requiring them, was not told how to properly return equipment and was charged an extra $20 even though I returned it on time. Van was almost out of gas when I started the rental.
Russell EThe dealer at the location was great. He was very helpful, and patient. But I was trying the checkout by phone. IT WAS TERRIBLE. Your network was glitching and it took a very long time to get checked out. I was delayed maybe 30 minutes. Also taking pictures of me, license, passport, etc was frustrating for an old guy like me.

paul mThe location was fine but I'm can't recommend the UHaul mobile check-in/check-out system to anyone. It was cumbersome, slow, and much of it seems like it could have been handled before I arrived. Asking for a second contact as I was checking in was inconvenient. I gave them my wife's number, they couldn't reach her because she was driving, so then what? I just have to wait there until she can be reached? So, I may not use UHaul in the future to avoid the mobile check-in process. It's not a good system.

Paul SThis location is a ramshackle auto shop with a disorganized office. The clerk had trouble booting up his computer, possibly because of the 15 or 20 windows open in his browser. Clerk was cordial enough, got the trailer hooked up promptly. The primary problem was the non-central location. It took an extra 2 hours to pick up and drop off this in-town rental. Huge time expenditure during a very busy time of my business year.

Dean OThe gentleman was very nice and accommodating. My problem was the rental itself. We drove it in the rain and when we arrived at our destination and unloaded the items several items in the front were soaked from rain. This was obviously an older trailer, but it should be checked and repaired because it is not functioning.
Brian PMake sure to say whether or not you want the insurance add-on (I wasnt asked and it was on my bill). Ask them to take it off before you sign off on the contract.
