BRAD MMy sister rented the truck and I was the one who paid for it. She was a disaster client and the owner handled her with care and calm. She left it dirty and he kindly cleaned behind her. This guy is a saint. I would rent from him for sure, but I doubt he will rent to her. I don't blame him.

TINA LThe left rear tire had to have air in 8 or 9 times while we had truck. There was absolutely no windshield washer fluid. Other than that truck was clean, and very nice. This locations service people were awesome.

Steve WI have rented from this location multiple times and the owner is always friendly and provides great customer service. I called on a buzy holiday weekend and needed a truck the same day and he accommodated my needs.
Margie CTruck was hard to get in for short people.
Reva WTried to give me a different trailer than on my contract because they were too lazy to get the correct trailer. I called and requested a trailer with swinging doors because I was moving furniture and the lip of the sliding door always catches it. I know the swinging doors to be easier. Had to argue to get the correct trailer. Then coincidentally I was charged for safe tow that was not on my original contract or receipt. Called customer service and was told they couldn't do anything, I would have to speak to the regional manager to look into the matter because it was an added charge by the location I rented from. I don't intend on ever renting from this location again.

Brad MMy experience was excellent the facility was beautiful had lots of old antique-ish things in it I called it the parlor. The main thing is I thought it home and they treated me with utmost respect and I felt like I was a friend to them that they mean something to me. Also I experienced some delay but I felt really safe and I felt that they were on my side because their number one to me dedicated to their jobs they make things very easy for you and it's very nice place to go where you feel at home. I'm very satisfied with my service and they are 100% the best that I've ever ran into. Thank-you so much Blake

matt dSince vehicles have different gas gauges, be specific about the level of gas by saying 3/8, or 5/8 instead of saying things like "one tick above half" or "one tick below half" since that can be interpreted differently and then you get charged for a misunderstanding.
