timothy S.Excellent excellent experience! We read lots of reviews before renting with Custom Auto World-U-Haul. DO NOT hesitate to rent from them! Not all U-Haul providers are the same. We rented a truck for an 800-mile move. Blake ensured we had the right truck, the right equipment and everything was available at the agreed upon time. We are planning another long distance move and we will be reaching out to Blake @ Custom Auto World for another truck rental.

GREGORY H.Improperly hooked the 5x8 trailer to my truck, did not ingauge pin.Causing to come off from my truck as I was driving 50 mph on a busy route.Trailer shook my truck side to side before coming off in traffic Crossing center line to other side of the r oad then crossed again to oncoming traffic before coming to a stop in a ditch Could have causes death or severe injury to myself or to oncoming traffic...The guy ,the owner,who hooked up my truck admitted to myself and others that he had no idea how to use that type of pin....I have called uhaul with NO response...I need someone to know about this incident...pure neglect on his part I feel I should be compensated for this incident!!
