The location is familiar and the truck was fine. It was a little rocky with the self-check in, but I was very happy that this service exists because of the hour I needed to pick up the truck. Other than the cost for the mileage, very happy.

Your sales agent does not check the vehicle when you return it and when you ask to do so you are told that they are doing something else and they will send me an email. At present I'm charge and do not know what one of the charge is for. Gracias

I knew this location. It was very easy to get into and park the returning U-Haul truck without any difficulty. I was able to complete the online return with cell phone, so the representative provided assistance in helping me with the return. I was very appreciative of that. I've never had any problems with using any of U-Haul trucks or the employees. Gracias.

Need to inspect all vehicles prior to rental. When I got to my destination to pick up my vehicle the car trailer had a tire with no air. Luckily I had a air pump in my wife's car and put some air thinking maybe there was a puncture in tire, Luckily all it needed was air. The other improvement is making sure vehicles are all tap off with gas, it's not ez to just go to a gas station when vehicle only has 3/4 of gas when picked up. Some gas stations are to small is large vehicles and hard to fill up and leave a 3/4 off gas. I tried my best but over filled it and didn't even get a reimbursement of the extra gas it was returned with especially right now with gas prices every penny counts.

The key drop box is a TINY box on the side of the building that you cannot see from the front of the building and there is no larger sign letting you know that it is there. No signs anywhere else in front directing people where to go to handle things if you are unfamiliar with this area.

The pick up process was extremely inconvenient. It's not until you arrive and try to pick up the truck that you ask for all this additional documentation and calling references?!?! This should happen at time of booking. It took 45m-1hr to finally get the truck after talking to one person in store and four reps on the phone. Finally the 4th rep approved it and we could leave. Why couldn't the first rep have done that?

The parking lot and drive way is straight up off road. Super bumpy. Be prepared for a rough ride getting in and out with your equipment.

Have clear instructions posted on the key drop off box to -NOT PUT THE KEYS IN until you have taken photos of the odometer and fuel gage in the truck. Could have saved me a ton of grief having never done this electronically before.

Didn't have customer contact. Business closed because several people were sick. We parked the truck and left keys in drop box. We were charged $14.75 for gas, even though we returned it with more gas than initially received.

Not sure which location this is referring to. the one I initially Reserved the truck didn't have any in stock that I could use. The second location I had to go to which I didn't want to because it didn't open till 10, The employee wasn't there till I'm not even sure after 1030 by then there was a line I didn't receive the U-Haul till 11am I had major grocery chains waiting on me Which I did not make in time. The towing gear light would not shut off which caused me to use extra gas. Then I was charged $116 in the beginning. After the return I was charged $140 and then I was credited $106, The bill was 150 something. why didn't they just charge me the extra $40 that I owed

Location offered no assistance with pick up. Uhual had over an hour wait. Reservation number for the 26' truck did not work. Location original said my name was wrong in the system once corrected they could see my reservation but when I checked in through the mobile app it wouldn't work. Only solution from the location of was to call uhual. Almost 3 hours later and no resolution I had to get a smaller truck and make 2 trips. The app needs to advise if locations do not offer in person customer service. Very disappointed

The truck had several dents. The ramp was super short for the size of truck. There were crumbs all over the front seat. The breaks were very squeaky. And it made grinding sounds.

We need an on-site human to help us through the process! I waited three weeks to rent a vehicle because I wanted to rent from Williamsport Pike because they employ a Customer Service Representative. Since I couldn't wait any long I had no choice but use your online service. I went to Cupp's for 15 years before they transferred to online then I took my business somewhere else. I had absolutely no problem this time but next time I will first look for a location with an onsite CSR.

The truck had a really foul / sour odor I suspect from the previous renter. The cabin had dog hair all over and even after trying to clean with all purpose cleaner but it was still really bad. I had to drive from Leesburg, VA to Melbourne, FL with the horrible smell. This was the only truck for that day within 300 miles I was told by reservation specialist so I could not switch it out. Aside from the smell the truck ran great and I I made it to Melbourne on time.

Please wipe down and sanitize the interior of the vehicles after use. The cup holders had gunk in them and I used several Clorox wipes to clean them out and wipe down the seats and steering wheel.
