Have someone at the office during regular business hours
BRIAN CRAWFORDI didn’t receive my funds back that I was supposed to. No one was there when I arrived and they don’t answer the phone. They only talk through text which is very unprofessional.
Willie ShortyHorrible service a lot of unexpected fees added with no explanations. I wouldn't do business with these people ever again for anything their name is attached to. Do yourself a favor and run away from this place it's definitely not worth your time and money.

scott dallasReturn vehicle to this location, however the worker never officially checked the vehicle back into to system, and rented the vehicle to another customer while the vehicle was still showing to be rented our to me on my credit card. It took me 2 months to get that situation resolved
warren bernardI was told that I would not be charged for miles, for a intercity rental. Consequently I was charged!! Due to the Traffic calling and changing my time, I did was not able to rent from the original company I spoke to that book my rental. This was not a good deal.

Angela ThomasI did not give and excellent rating because the inside of the truck was not swept out and very dirty. but I did swept out the cargo area before I return it for the next customer !!! The man at the location was very nice and helpful (Darby). My only other disappointment was the days of the office hours did not match the website days and hours. On the site it says 930am on all days office is open but when I ordered my truck I could not select anything earlier then 10am.
Charles GaiThe Sunday pick up process was difficult to complete. It took us 45 minutes to secure and drive our uhaul truck and the rented appliance dolly was not available in the truck cargo. However after the management was able to locate the dolly for us. Staff was courteous.
Larry Pro | Overall ExperienceIt is always inconvenient when a furniture store does not deliver, so a last minute van rental was needed. It was such a quick and easy experience at this location, plus I received a discount for being a VETERAN...so that was great!!! This is definitely the location to rent from if you are ever in need!

Jason WeaverHad trouble registering remotely. Took almost an hour to complete registering. Agent was not sure how to complete either. Video wasn't much help and I watched 4 times. They were going to charge me for the Dolly & there wasn't one in the truck. Truck was bent on passenger side. Not good.
jeannette pageThe key lock boxes are almost impossible to open, I lost 1 hr of my moving day trying to open it, other customers where also present trying to open the key lock boxes. I reserved and paid for a dolly and the item wasnt in the van. The location was supposed to be open on that day but there wasnt anyone in office. If I had known the place was going to be closed that day i would have reserved and rented Uhaul on another location

KEVIN PULLIGThe only reason I’m actually putting below average is because i didn’t pay off the unit so I knew it was going to auction. The problem is they took everything out that was good and easy fast money and then took pictures and put it on the auction site! For one you aren’t supposed to take out of a unit period it goes to auction and it was dug through before it ever went to auction.

dustin ThielsToo expensive for local one way to MY preference drop off to save milesage n gas Ridiculously drop off was 45 min away while to MY preference was only 15min and yet charge me for per mile after allowed 30 miles over 67.

WILLIAM HODGEI called to drop off a day earlier than my reservation and asked if they were a drop off location because I didn’t see any uhaul vehicles. The person on the phone asked what I had to turn in, and said we don’t take trailers here. When I told her Crown storage was on my contract for drop off, she said ok you can leave it. She did think then to ask my location and when I told her she said I was at wrong location ( I had put storage name in my map and it took me to closest-they had more than one). When I finally stopped and looked at my contract again, I saw the correct address and she gave me instruction on where to park. Nobody was present at location, and no drop-off check-in box. My uhaul app (used several times before this move) had not associated the rental (for pick-up or by the time of drop-off) so I couldn’t check in or out on app. Finally called customer service next day and after waiting on hold 20 mins. I got a guy who emailed me so I could respond with my pictures to check the trailer back in. This was my least favorite experience with Uhaul.
Kim SimmermonThe lot is extremely small. There is no way of parking a 20ft truck with a auto transporter without blocking the complete driveway. So instead of blocking the driveway I pull closer off the main street. I am now being charged an extra $54 because they are stating that I blocked the garbage can. So my question is if your lot is not big enough to accept a truck that size with an auto transport, why accept the vehicle and attempt to conjure up fake fees to cover the fact that you did not want to take the vehicle to begin with?

Leroy ShilohOverall - 5 stars I do have to say, i hit a few snags with getting responses a couple times. But they made up for it as quickly as they could. And were super nice and professional about it!! So i don't want those couple of instances to reflect my overall experience. Just maybe something they could work on (I hate to say that lol but its true) The units were clean and in a safe environment. No bugs. Never got any water. The gate was always secure. The property was well maintained. And the price was right! I will recommend!
