Was great & easy option to use

LARRY HTruck dashboard was like a display unit. The ac and the temperature control knobs didn't actually turn or function. The truck was also very dirty on the inside from the last people before me, as well as a bunch of dents and dings throughout the vehicles with no verification process. So I took pictures myself before leaving the property initially in case it comes up in the future.
Brett JWe returned trailer and the only"issue" was finding our rental, but the guy found it after entering our contract number. It went smoothly.
PENNY KYou had to walk into a liquor store to return the U-Haul. Not appropriate nor good business for someone to have to do that.

Julie WStarted rental online for mobile pickup and the website instructed me to go into the store. The clerk gave me a hard time and kept asking me if I was returning a rental as she did not have an option to start a rental on her iPad. Once we finally got passed that, she told me that the truck I rented shouldn't technically be allowed to be rented as another customer had reported an issue with it. Did she offer to give me the other truck of the same size that they had on the lot? No. She just said that uhaul may call me while I had it rented. Luckily there were no issues and returning it was less of a hassle.

Steven LMake sure equipment is ready at reservation , my reservation was for 11-3 , got a call at 10 something that it wouldn't be ready till after 1130 then called back at 1109 to say it was ready didn't get checked out till 1133. I was told My money would go right back on my card and I have still yet to receive it.
Kaeona WU-Haul confirmed the location with me the day before. The location confirmed over the phone and the location sent to me via text were 2 different places. When I got to the correct one the auto transport didn't even look road worthy and straps were frayed and worn. Light connector on the trailer was not compatible with my truck and they did not have an adapter. I chose not to rent the unit.

Scott RI had issues with my help both loading and ynliading so it was necessary to extend my rental one day. I realized there would br an additional charge but was not told by any of the several staff I had discussions with in the planning, reservation, and actual stage of extending the rental that the daily charge would be double what I was originally charged (what happened to $19.95 per day) and a new charge for basic insurance was tacked on, even though I had already paid for the premium insurance---considering I returned the truck 7 hours, not 24 hours, late.
Karen KI was not impressed with the staff at the customer service counter, did not know how to assist me for key pick up. She coughed a lot with no mask and without covering her cough. The manager assisted, and she was very helpful.

Alan SWe took the uhaul a total of 10 miles and it cost $60 to replace the gas, according to the gas gauge. Possibly not working properly.
Rona FThey were unable to print a receipt or any copies of any UHaul paperwork, and frankly didn't care. I even had to go back to their lot and take confirmation photos of the equipment for them so they didn't have to walk outside. They should be dropped as a U-Haul dealer. I never intend to use them again for certain. Additionally, the portion of the electronic return process for verifying correct mileage and fuel status simply doesn't work and is incredibly frustrating. I started out to return the truck electronically because I thought it would be faster and less headache. WRONG!
Shawn BHave equipment cleaned and maintained. Young lady that accepted return of equipment, tried to hide the fact she was annoyed, but did not do so well. Double charged me, she said u-haul charges when equipment is returned. I told her I was already charged when I picked up equipment, I was charged more 3 days later due to having equipment longer. Showed her my bank statement on my phone, she did not care, made no phone calls to verify anything. I also turned in equipment one day early but received no credit for that. Retailer not u-haul, Retailer made me not want to use this service again.

David BI paid for the enclosed trailer to keep my valuables dry, upon unloading the trailer I had realized it had been leaking over all my valuables, this is unacceptable and not very good business practice. I hope you can get this trailer fixed and sealed so it doesn't not ruin any potential clients valuables
Logan AI have rented many Haul trailers over the years and have been satisfied with the equipment, my issue is with the mediocre "agents" that UHaul allows to check you in. I recently attempted to expedite pickup of a trailer, did the pre-rental paperwork on-line which included scanning my drivers license. I thought that I had prepared well, however I still had to wait for the "agent" at the pickup site to announce that I had failed to include another contact name and phone number. Give yourself plenty of time when you arrive at the pick-up, because the expedited pre-work tends to be a bottleneck in the rental procedure.
Dale RI was disappointed the appliance dolly I had ordered was not included with the truck. The truck also was surrounded by large mounds of snow, so just getting into it on pickup was difficult. When I returned the truck, despite not seeing a notice anywhere that returns after 6 had to be done online with keys dropped in the box, I was treated very rudely and dismissively by the store clerk and maintenance guy who went out to check it in. At this point, it was 10 til 7, and the emails all said standard hours were from 7 to 7 on Saturdays. I thought I was returning it an hour early. Instead I was given dirty looks and openly talked rudely about by these two right in front of me. I was astounded.
Jason LI had reserved an appliance hauler, store could not find one. Thankfully took off that charge.
Raymond DI dropped the truck off at the grocery store. I followed the prompts on the phone app and took pictures of the cab and the cargo bay. Very simple and easy to use.

tracy wRide Share/Mobile App was cumbersome as the location had little experience with customers using the app. Location was unclear on where to return and there were no instructions on the mobile app that stated the key drop was inside County Market (there are 3 businesses in that location outside of where to park the uhaul.) Staff was friendly, but I waited an additional 20 minutes for them to verify the images I submitted on the mobile app were accurate and they were working on me signing a waiver for any additional charges after I had already completed the return on the mobile app and approved additional charges for gas. I was eventually told there was nothing more that I needed to do and I could go, but I already knew that 20 minutes earlier. Friendly staff, just needs more training on handling mobile app returns and the mobile app needs updated to clarify where the key drop is located.
Beau VThe location was not well marked with parking location. Could not get the app to work, would not accept the odometer picture. Your app needs work, does not seem to be fully operational.

Robert GThe location and equipment were fine, but the technology sucked. Your website doesn't match up with your app and neither of those matched up with your YouTube tutorial. I figured things out, but not without much trial and tribulation. The "Mobile" pick up took over an hour to complete and that was what the assistance of 29-year old son. What would improve the experience for your future customers is an overhaul of your website, app, and tutorial to make them user friendly.
