The service was horrible to complete anything over the phone. No one was available for the posted hours and had to find all the answers myself. Make a WiFi so the people trying to fill out the mobile stuff can have good connection.brandon M.

My experience with the uhaul employees at this location was great. I was not impressed by the reservation system and my interactions with the online check in system and Natalie the dispatcher who I interacted with. I called to confirm my truck reservation 2 days before my rental started and the scheduler said there was not a truck available but ended up being able to find another pickup location with the same size truck after I asked her to do some looking around. She was very helpful and pleasant. After going through the check out process and getting the truck I got a call in the middle of my drive from Denver to St. Louis from a woman named Natalie who demanded that I pull over immediately and provide her with a credit card number or she would report the truck stolen because apparently the mobile check out didn't work when I picked up the truck. She did not take the time to ask if I had checked out through the mobile system and instead said that I just "grabbed the keys and took the truck." I told her that I had in fact gone through the mobile check in and wanted to help resolve the issue but wasn't comfortable giving my credit card to someone who called unexpectedly and that I would call back Uhaul to confirm that there was an issue before providing my credit card info. She responded with "well you can see that I'm from uhaul based on the caller ID" and I told her that caller ID can be manipulated to which she responded with "I can send you a picture of me wearing my uhaul uniform while sitting at my desk then." This was all in a very accusatory and rude tone. Natalie was either having a very bad day or has very poor customer service skills. When I called back I reached a very pleasant and understanding woman in the same office as Natalie who calmly listened to the story, looked into the issue, and resolved it. Besides almost not having a truck to rent and the experience with Natalie, the rental experience was good. But only because I was very diligent about confirming the rental, requesting that a truck be located when there wasn't one available initially for my reservation, and after wasting 40 minutes on the side of the road in the middle of Kansas trying to resolve an issue that was not my fault.Andrew F.

Waited 15 minutes with no help while 5 employees avoided us. Only busy employee finally asked us if we needed help, directed us outside where we proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. Guy came and said it is not necessary to stay with the truck when their sign states "during business hours remain with your equipment". The only employee to help us said to put the keys in the key chute and when they came to check the truck they asked me where the keys were. I said in the chute and the employee seemed to be put out. Would have been a better experience if the employees knew how to: have customer interaction, directions on sign updated and maybe communication with each other?shelby K.

Again, this was a different drop off location that what I selected in my reservation and created an inconvenience for me and party giving me a ride home. Parking spaces for returning rental truck seemed very limited (only 3 available-one already taken and small (trucks seemed very cramped together). Returned truck over 20 hrs early, but did not receive credit for time not used. Liked being able to return using smartphone since office was closed.MARLISA G.

They moved my pickup to Coronado Self storage but didn't change the time. Had a 8:30 PU and had to wait until 9:15 for them to open. Another customer ahead of me was waiting since 7:00 and they didn't change her time either. Wasted two hours and had two helpers waiting until ten. Had to pay them from 9:00 to 10:00 at $25 an hour for waiting. $50.00 lost like that!! Very unhappy!!Michael C.
I was asked by the agent at pickup as well as called about arranging a drop off location despite entering that information when reserving the truck online and it being clearly visible on my confirmation email. Also, this truck did not have a center console with a cup holder and it clearly had been removed. It may seem like a minor inconvenience, but it's extremely annoying not to have somewhere to put a drink for an 8 hour drive.Alexander S.

Horrible! The truck was parked against a large tree branch and parked on broken glass. When truck was moved scratches on side. Manager at site, rude.....did not have the moving blankets or dolly that I had reserved. I received no information about driving the 26 ft truck....horrible experienceShay C.

We were told that we could change our drop off location after we sifned our contract at pickup. Well turns out we couldnt which made our move 10x harder. We ended up dropping off at the original pick up location after calling a rep of yours through the 1800 number who told us she was going to file a if laim which would allow us to drop off but not be charges the extra 30 plus miles it took us to drive it back to the drop off location because of the mis information that was given to us. Well we were charged it and now am fighting with thw compnay to gwt it fixed. It has been a royal mess and if it doesnt get refunded I will not rent from uhaul and will not recommend anyof my family or friends to uhaul as well.Willow Z.

We reserved a uhaul online. Went to the location to pick up was told they have nothing there for us. Then they tired to send me all the way to colfax and then all the way to boulder when I'm located in thornton. They pretty much sent me off to another location that didnt have anything either but the lady found me something. At the first location I was promised a 50 mile discount and I see that has not been applied. Someone needs to contact me regarding that.Jordan P.

Again, had to go almost a hundred miles out of my way, thru Denver) to return the truck to a storage unit so that it was convenient for the next renter. Also had to wait over 20 minutes for the person to figure out how to use the computer program to print me a receipt.Stacy D.

Acceptable payment information needs to be clear. The person I dealt with when I rented the vehicle was great, very courteous and nice. But when I returned the truck, $100.00 extra deposit and an extra day were charged when I returned the truck the same day and was erroneously charged for an additional day! The attendant stated that they do not time stamp the returns and oh well make a dispute on the email or the home office. I am extremely frustrated with the whole transaction and will not use them again. If I do not receive my proper deposit return I will be filling with consumer affairs.Claudine C.

My guaranteed reservation was anything but guaranteed. We visited 5 different locations before my reservation was filled. Horrible help at 3 of the 5 locations. Gas stations are not focused on meeting the contractual needs of my reservation. Wasted 2 hours of driving around to get the unit. The unit was dirty, broken mirror, bad wiper blades, and something smeared on the windshield. With the truck parked on a hill, the gas gauge showed 7/8th full. When on a level parking surface, it was under 3/4 full. Most important thing you could do is provide upper level management to discuss the problems encountered in the Denver area if you truly wish to improve your customer service.John C.
