Jan JamesI just want to let yall know that the lzady that was with me, Teresa, brought the trailer to my storage building, Midgard Storage Units @ 3715 Prince St and dropped it off on Sunday evening at 11:30 pm once she unloaded it, due to me going into the hospital due to my Blood loss pressure shooting through the roof, MS episodes came on very quickly, so when I lost consciousness, they admitted me for a little over a day, I was not conscious enough to give her proper instructions as to what she needed to do to properly turn it in!! She lives all the was on in Searcy, so she had to, find a way back home seeing as i was the one that went and picked her up!! Please only charge me for the 36 hours that I actually used the unit!!! I am a cancer and MS patient on a fixed income and I need to make my truck payment and I believe that the charges yall are charging me at this time have taken out of my account; the funds I set aside for my truck payment,!; PLEASE PLEASE REFUND ME ANYTHING THAT WAS CHARGED PAST THE 36 HOURS OF ACTUAL USE!! Shannon SCHREYERPassenger mirror did not work so changing lanes and backing up was challenging. The mothers attic leaked, a lot. Top left corner of attic leaked, hole was roughly 8 inches or so. Water poured in over all my things. Everything had to be covered or dried after unloading. Front part of a 20 foot truck was basically unusable unless you wanted your property to sit in an inch of water. Required extra trips and extra effort. Usual was closed so no swap was possible. Just awful

Felicia WardThe local service on Prince street was great! The U-Haul app itself was not. It took almost an hour to check in using the app. I wouldn't recommend using the app whatsoever if possible!! It was frustrating. But, the service and guys at the U-Haul location at Prince street location in Conway was excellent!

Peggy EdwardsThe U-Haul app did not work right, so I had to call customer service to get a code for the key. Check engine light was on in the truck I rented, and the dolly I rented was not there.

Jimmie WhiteI picked up the truck and the tires were all low, so I went back inside the store to inform them , but he had left the store. I was traveling out of state and after several attempts to find a air station, I traveled about 200miles with very low air in tires, which in turn ran up my gasoline fees....I always rent through Uhaul for all of my travel needs but I will not pickup from this location unless I have no other choice. It appeared to me the gentlemen was the only staff on duty, but I would suggest he waits until his customer are all set before leaving the store, while customers are still waiting. After finding a friend to put some air in the tires, I made it safely to my destination on time.
