This location was not the location the reservation was made for, and U-Haul did not notify me that the pick-up location had changed. I waited on hold for over an hour trying to determine why the truck I had rented was not at the location I requested, and I never did get through. Someone at the original location was finally able to determine where the truck I rented was. I lost a lot of valuable time just trying to pick-up the rental truck.Michael F.

I believe I was a bit overcharged, I replaced the gas I used but was still charged $25 additionally for gas. An email was sent to UHaul asking for an explanation but I was never contacted and was charged anyway. All was done online, so given that there was not a human involved, all went as you would expect.Cheryl A.

The inside truck was dirty. The guy was in a hurry so we did not inspect the truck. Had no change to view the contract. The contract sayd 6 days included but than got charged for an extra day. Long waiting time to get to a representative on the phone.SILVIA K.

Vic, at the Bastrop, Tx location asked me where I wanted to return the truck. I told him I was not familiar with the area I was moving to and that I didn't know. He suggested Mr Right's in Ralls, Tx but told me that he could leave the return location OPEN! On his information I chose to return the truck to Plainview, Tx as I had to sign a lease on storage there. When we went to Lee's Automotive in Plainview, Lee informed us that it would cost us $419. more to leave the truck and car trailer there. He said that the contract said it had to be returned to Ralls, Tx. We were misinformed at Bastrop, Tx. We returned the truck under the allotted mileage and with more than enough gas. We had to then travel about 50 miles further. This is not our fault, but the fault of the UHaul employee in Bastrop, Tx. I don't appreciate being charged either mileage overage or fuel shortage and I want a refund! I will be moving again in a few months and I'll go to another company for truck,& trailer rental if this isn't rectified and I receive a refund for $50.19 for these specifics. In addition, I had purchased seven gray furniture pads and returned seven, all used, and I returned five padded, blue blankets, unused.. I understood I was supposed to receive a credit for them and I have not. By my estimation, I believe you owe me close to $160.00 total. I will gladly leave a public review stating all this information if you don't satisfy the debt!Gary C.

The location and Victor were great. Truck was great. The app for picking up and dropping off was not, at least on my iPhone. The mobile app did not work on Safari, which is the default iPhone browser. If you use the mobile app, copy and paste the links they send you into Chrome (what I eventually used)--that's the only way I could make the app work.Larry H.
