Everything was good. The gentleman helping was very polite and helpful. He explained everything to me and even when I didn't understand something, he repeated again without sounding frustrated.

Carla ClarkI arrived at 9:30am to pick up the truck and no one was in sight. When I called U-Hauls customer service, I waited on hold for 20 minutes, then was transeferred to another dedicated line. The call disconnected. I called back to start the same process over again as I had hired movers and still needed a truck. The agent on the line explained they found another locatoin about 20 minutes away that had a truck available, however, they would charge me for the additional mileage and no discounts could be offered my inconvenience or to help with the cost of the hourly hired help I employed an not have to pay 2 hours of free labor. I drove back to the original location, noticed that the "open" sign was on and walked in. I picked up my truck at 11a. The front desk advised someone had called off. She would ony be able to offer my a few $ off my rental. I understand the politics of a call of... I don't understand why there isn't a better proceedure in place to make the customer "whole" or extend any accomodations to ensure the customer remains a returning customer. I found myself in a complete panic and out a lot of money for the inconvenience of a "call off" at this location. The back of the truck needed to be swept before putting our belongings in it, but the cab of the truck was the cleanest I've ever seen from U-Haul. Definitely recommend this location!! Thanks!!

Michael HaileBecause of the extreme inclement weather, we could not return the truck until a day and a half later, and then I was charged an additional $80 for 2 days plus $25 cleaning fee because the floorboard was wet from the snow that had melted that I had on my feet. I feel that the extra days and other charges should be waived because I did not make it snow and I didn't want to hit something in the parking lot with your truck. Very bad policy

Zachary TaylorI showed up to return the truck at 2:11 pm and there was a sign on the door that said will return at 2:30 . But as I was yell this to my son the man inside came to the door and reached his had though the door drop slop and I handed him the key , he said thank you and I drove off. 2hours later I got my final bill charged for an extra day stating I'd returned the truck after 4.Thats was an intentional lie and a dishonest way to charge a customer extra money on purpose. And that's bad business. I'm sure there are cameras there and at the gas station right next door where I got gas minutes before returning the truck to prove what I'm saying. I will never do business with them again.

Karen StensonEmployee was late to open store. Also although the truck was new an F650 should never even be built with a gas engine. Struggled to maintain speed limit on highway and redlined going up any hill over a 15 percent grade. Consider a diesel motor option in your 26’ trucks in particular. You’ll get better performance, better fuel economy, and better life expectancy. The ride was worse than I expected even out of an F650. You can feel every crack in the road. God help you if youre driving through road construction. If you plan on renting this truck you should preemptively call your chiropractor, also bring plenty of bags if you or your passenger are prone to motion sickness.

Brian SpringerWe were charged for the previous customer because the van was not checked back in. Now we are having issues getting this resolved. We used the check-app prior to leaving the facility to confirm the mileage and gas. For some reason you all don't have our check-in photos. We also spoke to the rep at check-in about the wrong mileage and he said that he was going to call and fix it. Well that didn't happen. Neither did submitting our tax exempt paperwork.

ROY HALLI had a reservation at the one down the street, I called Friday to make sure my reservation was good and that the two dollys I reserved were all set, I got to the location and he didn’t have either dolly and the trucks windshield was covered in snow and it wouldn’t start, I ended up at the Compass location, he didn’t have anything except the regular dolly but he was very nice and helpful

DAN GAUTAMI saw something after my rental about a $50 reservation guarantee. Unfortunately the location did not have the size truck I requested. The associate was very nice and helpful but getting the larger truck put us at a disadvantage. The apartment we were moving from had limited space and the larger truck made the move difficult. Would like to know if I am entitled to the $50 from the guarantee
ANGELA GORDENThe Uhaul was a mess when I picked it up. It struggled the whole ride sounded like transmission issue on 2nd and 3rd gear. The receptionist who was there to take customers didn't show up for 30 minutes, and was not very customer service oriented or professional at all. Also, charged for gas even though I filled it to the point indicated on the sheet.

Robert TimmonsI paid for a dolly and when I got to the property to load my furniture (20 minutes away), there was no dolly. Spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for a rep, who stated we had to go back to the facility and get a dolly. I was still charged for the dolly even though it was supposed to be subtracted from my bill. They did not offer to cover the gas to go back to facility and the facility was closed. So customer service was useless to reconciling the mistake. I would not recommend doing the 24/7 share program.
