I don't think the gas gauge was working properly. I drove 22 miles in a 10 foot truck. I put over 2 gallons of gas in the tank in a gas station across the street. When I returned the truck, I was marked as having it be 2 gallons low on gas. There is no way that could be accurate. Unfortunately, I don't have photographic proof, but I feel like I should not have been charged.

The gas issue is a problem - the customer returns the vehicle and puts in the amount they feel is correct according to the gauge and then you rape people by adding another gallon or two stating it was not enough - it's all arbitrary and rip off.

Either the truck was damaged after it was returned or it was missed on the previous check in. Apparently you have to use some app that crashes your phone to check in the truck or you are responsible for it even after it's returned. Will not be using Uhaul ever again.

They should check wheather the dolly is attached and lock in place and when i reserve the guy said it is going to be for 24 hours but the lady(so called Manager) told me i have to return it in 6 hours. They have their own rules? And she told me i didn’t fill up the tank and doubted wheather i ever pump the gas, when i told her earlier i did, and ask me to fill it up little more then what it was. Renting a truck from this location is a mess. Don’t do it. On top of that the truck was full of snow on windshield, are they not supposed to clean it for customer?

Equipment requested was not in the truck. When I returned the truck, the location manager said UHAUL should have known they don't provide moving blankets. I still got charged for the missing blankets that I never received. I emailed with a request for a change. Never heard back. Very disappointed. Probably won't use Uhaul again.

I was told to return the truck in 6hours it was a 24 hour rental at 29.99, The lady was new you can I didn’t my full rental time she said til 8pmMy sister rented from her to the day before me ,shee told her same thing ,I want part of my money .She told her we get 24 hours so I return it early. I only had about 3-4 hours.my sister said she don’t know her job yet .I will call customer service we are in Florida. Since rental . I have a witness and is told something ,I told her I’ll bring it right back .Someone needs to follow up with me .

The truck was just serviced before I rented it and when I went to drive on the interstate the inside engine cover was not locked and it came off INSIDE the truck..almost had an accident. I pulled over to determine what just happened and I snapped the 4 engine compartment clips down. Mentioned this to Jerry Courts the manager at this location. Not Jerry's fault and he told me he was going to advise UHaul as well.

The guy who set up my reservation over the phone was awesome. I call that location whenever I schedule a truck/trailer rental regardless of the location. He does a great job, he actually cares. He deserves a raise.

No complaint with personnel at the actual location. Who ever took the order over the phone made several mistakes including email address.

due to bad weather, we weren't able to use the truck as long as we would've liked to. There should have been an extension for the use of the truck due to snow storm.

We received terrible service yesterday. First the system defaults our address to Columbus OH so a set of movers had to cancel although I'd spoken to them 3 days prior and gave the correct address. When I was transferred by Uhaul to a Moving Help Associate even the associate I spoke with had issues keying ou address in correctly. Prior to rescheduling new movers I needed to contact the company again and the second Uhaul rep would not transfer me directly to moving help. It took quite some time and manager involvement to get my call transfered. Then we had to pay 90+ dollars more to get another set up th new movers. No credit was given for inconvenience. There was a lack of empathy and customer service. To top it all off my wedding ring came up missing at the end of the day. I am filing a police report and will never use moving help again.

They charged me mileage I did not use. How tonyou charge me 54.2 miles when I only used 16.2. The rep didn’t even go over the truck with me even after i asked him to look at it. He was saying there was something wrong with there systems and he was waiting for a phone call from the district manager. Now I have to wait to see how this situation is resolved after filing a complaint disputing the mileage.

The truck was clean and the service was great! Everyone was so frendly. This is the first time ive rented a uhaul and the customer service at this location is above and beyond! I will deffinetly be using them next time I need a truck.

My experience with uHaul for a 1,000 mile move was exceptional. My truck was almost brand new and was in excellent mechanical condition. My use on the app for booking, return and payment was seamless. Overall, a great experience.
