My complaints are not necessarily about this location. My complaint is that I chose this location to pick up my truck during my reservation, which occurred about a month prior to my move, and the day before my move I was called and told that I could not pick up here. I was told I need to go 50 minutes from my house to a different location. If you read the fine print in Uhauls advertising, they say that they guarantee equipment, not location. Well, in this case, it was neither. I was given a new pickup location and a different sized truck. After complaining they were able to switch my pick up location back to this location, but still with the larger truck and at a much later time of day. In the end, this location did have a truck for me, just bigger than the one I wanted and 5 hours later than what I originally asked for.MEGAN F.

I did not have a good Experience there. I arrived to the business to get a truck, in Which I had reserved prior to arriving. I was never greeted at any point. In Fact the Young lady that was supposed to offer her services never Acknowledged my presence standing on the other side of the counter. After me standing there 5 minutes while she was on the phone. Which I feel is poor customer service!! I was told the truck I reserved wasn't available and if needed I would have to go to another store. The representative definitely was NEVER PLEASANT.... The young lady complained that her manager wasn't doing his job and it wasn't her problem that she wouldn't have a truck for the customers that was coming to get a vehicle that hadn't arrived yet. Although I had no issues with the Material. I'd still never recommend anyone to visit this Uhaul establishment this place was so unwelcoming on 4/9/21. The Rep is making this company Look Horrible. I don't want any trouble or additional uhaul costs in the future, when we returned the truck, the lady (Josey) at the counter, she said that at first, just leave the key, we will send you a return confirmation text/email. That didn't sound right, thus, I have to "beg" her to check if the truck is intact before I leave, she then later checked the truck after we "beg" her to do so :( Do you think this is the right way to do her job?SU L.

My truck had a flat tire and was not cleaned inside in spite of COVID. My dash was full of dust and the Inside windshield was so dirty I had to stop a mile up the road to wash it. Mechanically it worked fine. I have rented here before and it was perfect. Will come back again too. Maybe some staff need more training.Sherry B.

Truck and equipment was very filthy and the truck smelled like dog or cat pee, I was very disappointed that I had to experience that and hold my nose the whole ride. The service reps were very chatty amongst each other, the â€œwhiteâ€ lady was more interested in talking about the company to her co worker instead of getting us checked in completely. I was given a truck with a completely flat tire. I drove to my destination only a mile away before I discovered it (of course, after loading). There was a gash in the tire and any sort of force could literally move the tire off the rim. The staff was at least understanding and tried to accommodate while I waited for roadside, but that issue was not in their control that no other trucks were available. I just wish they offered a walk around prior to handing me the keys. After FOUR hours of waiting for roadside, the gentlemen who came were quick and friendly. I will more than likely NEVER use Uhaul again.Austin M.

The process that U-Haul uses for the truck return after hours is horrible! Every time that I have tried to do this, my phone does not allow me to attach the pictures because of low memory. I don't know how your company expects to keep people satisfied when they are returning trucks in the middle of the night and possibly in inclement weather using this type of system that is so prone to problems. On top of that, you didn't threaten to charge us if we're unable to complete this process. I am completely dissatisfied with that feature of U-Haul and I wish you would make Swift adjustments to make things more customer-friendly.Corey W.

This location helped us in a bind. Uhaul messed up our reservations and they only had one truck that had some ants. The ladies came to the rescue. They cleaned the truck in record time. Inform customers that this is essentially a pickup and drop off location for trucks and trailers. They did not have a furniture dolly that I ordered. They did not have the number of packing blankets I ordered nor did they have the drop and ball that I needed for my vehicleJames B.
I wasn't aware that the hand truck and furniture dolly I ordered was not available until I got there. There was a hand truck that I was eventually given to use but was told it made an awful noise. It was fine and just needed lubrication. Other than that, everything was fine.KEVIN Z.

Please maintain the U-Haul truck especially the 20' ones. The one I was provided was very Dangerous to drive on the highway. The Handling of the steering wheel was not good at all and I had to be extra careful when turning the Steering wheel. Also, the transmission shifting was very rough and not smooth. I did not enjoy the driving experience as the truck did not appear to be maintained.Bilal M.

My truck rented had ants everywhere from the back of the pick up, all in the cabin area where you drive. There were several safety issues the brakes were horrible as if you could barely stop, the power steering must've went out it was very hard to turn the driving wheel. The U-Haul site/system went down while I was picking up the van but the ladies in the office were fantastic and very helpful on a stressful day. The U-Haul 20 ft had ants in the cab. I rented on Sunday with a good truck same size, but Tuesday when I rented the ants were on me on the interstate. I wanted to call today to request a refund, but there was no option to speak to a real person. I've always used this company in various states, but next time I need a vehicle for moving I will have to look into alternative options. The back of the deck is so convenient and I'm accustomed to unloading from their ramp. I had my wife and child with me in the cab and I was embarrassed. I hope your team look ms into the truck I rented to make sure no one else has to experience this quality of service. Great company but I got a bad truck and I believe it had to be an ant bed somewhere in it.Byron W.

Reserved a 10-foot truck days in advance. Arrived at opening on day I am to leave to take son to college. Only a 15 foot truck there. They said we have no 10 foot truck. Blamed UHAUL for mixup. Could not offer any help. I was forced to take a much larger truck, pay for extra gas it took and could not park next to college dorm because of size and parked half mile away. Will never use U-Haul again. Will always speak bad about my experience to everyone I come across with. Horrific. Also, the truck had 150k miles on it, smelled and had tears on seats, etc.THOMAS M.
