The check in process absolutely stinks! Took forever for the app to finally load & work. And $20 for CSR to check in night drops is absurd. I guess U haul is looking to automate service to cancel out employees. Definitely NOT more efficient.

JOHN BYRNEYou need to improve your backup systems for when a truck is not available. My move was put in serious jeopardy because there were no trucks available even though I had one reserved. I ended up having to travel 45 minutes away when I thought it was going to be right down the street, AND it took me considerable effort through two agents to find it. The first agent seemed entirely careless about my issue and said the earliest they'd have a truck was 230pm THE NEXT DAY, but the second agent looked everywhere to find me a truck and was successful. Incredibly stressful and endangered my whole move. Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere next time.

CAROL MESSENGERSweep the area near unit for piercing objects. I pick up all the time when I AM THERE AS RECEIVED FLAT TIRE ONCE AFTER LEAVING THERE. USED MY AAA MEMBERSHIP TO CHANGE TO SPEAR. I HAVE 4 STORAGE UNITS THERE AND THERE DAILY, WEEKLY DEPENDING Want to let you know the two gals THERE are great . Have helped to lift doors and oil theme to help open. I must say in renting uhaul, you need to change the lock AS very very difficult to lock up when using more than one day.
Juliette PlanteI rented a 15 ft box truck for a local move. There was a dolly in the truck held in place with a bracket. I moved the dolly while loading. I was charge $7.00 for the dolly. I was never told there was a fee if I moved the dolly and I never requested a dolly. I think this a deceptive way to get an extra $7.00 dollars out of a customer.
RICHARD HOBSONThe truck was clean: maintained but the stated fuel level was incorrect. The actual fuel level was less than 1/2, but was input as 1/2 tank?
WILLIAM SHAWThe general manager gave us wrong information. To long of a story but she over charged us by $100 and when i called to complain they just said they would forward the message but couldn't reimburse me the $100. Very disappointed and upset. I have a storage unit there that i will be moving to another location.

SUZANNE TRIMBLEThe staff was friendly, professional, and patiently answered all of my questions. The van was very clean, inside and out. Only had 6300 miles on it. It drove and handled very well. No surprise charges on my final bill. I will definitely get my next rental from the U-Haul on Madison.

EDWIN MONTERO PEREZI marked "yes" to clean and well maintained, but I will say the truck was not swept out when I took possession. No worries though as I used my blower and cleaned it out in a less than a minute. Other than that there was nothing wrong.
Virginia ThomasClean equipment ? Yes. Well maintained ? I don't know... The only concern I had was the vehicle had a pull to the right. It may need servicing.

Sheila LazzaraI was using this 10' truck to move items from Florida to North Carolina. The neck of the gas tank kept clicking off all of the gas pumps we filled up at. It took 20 to 25 minutes to gas up every time we had to refuel. I made the customer service agent in both locations aware of the problem and they were pulling the truck for maintenance. Happy with the service.

Suzanne KellyWhile they aren’t always wearing masks w each other to minimize risk for their own staff, they quickly got them on as I walked through the door. I kept my distance from the partition and was pleased they were friendly and very helpful. Would recommend and return without hesitation.

We ended up needing to keep the truck an extra day and, even though someone else had reserved the truck already, UHaul took care of it so that we were able to keep the truck an extra day.

David CawthonCharged me 50 miles over what I used for a truck and when I called about it Linda the manager told me she was correct about the mileage when I have a photo of the mileage I actually used and insisted there was nothing she could do about it. Terrible management.
LYNETTE SCHAEFERNot their fault but U Haul Computers down or very slow with no or little support to help process the rental. Made me almost two hours late for the appointment I rented the truck for in the first place. Cost me more money in the long run.

The next day the general manager called me upset because she couldn’t accommodate the vehicle. I explained I was told by the company and her staff to bring it there. She was very unhappy and didn’t help to resolve just complained and put it on me.
