This truck was filthy. There was a water bottle in the door, some type of pill, peanuts on floor. Also, the doors would not close well at all. We had to keep slamming them on both sides to close securely. If you are going to charge a $25 fee to clean back of truck, the same needs to be charged to at least take the trash out of the front.

i reserved a 26 foot truck yesterday i get there this morning and they say it isn’t available and they have no other trucks they then call and tell me the truck i was supposed to gets fuel line is cut and that they sent my truck to another location. I got charged an extra 100 dollars for the extra time i had the movers

My order included 26 ft truck, appliance truck, and 2 dozens blankets. Truck was fine though windshield was nasty. Appliance hand truck was missing belts, etc that help it go up steps. Did not have blankets. Had to go to another Uhaul dealer and get them which was a hassle. Had not planned on making 2 stops

This was an Awful experience. I asked for the small truck and was stuck with a huge truck that I didn't want or need. I was only moving a sofa. I called customer service and they were VERY rude. Why did the website allow me to make a reservation for the small truck when it wasn't available?

For one not letting Arabs run the company they are money hungry I was charged more then what I was suppose to be charged I called to complain at the store the Arab lady stated I was charged a cleaning fee witch was a LIE I’m a lady I always clean up behind myself I also took pictures because I felt like something was gonna happen I contacted uhaul customer service to make an complaint and get a refund they file my report and the manager for that store was suppose to contact me by 10am the next day I have yet to hear from them nor be refunded. Please go elsewhere!!!

The company do not communicate with each other well. I was advised by one person to put the truck when returning it but another guy came out and was so rude and unprofessional. Then the truck smelled terrible ans was dirty when I first got it.

When I asked them questions about my receipt they did not answer. I was in a hurry to complete the check out transaction and they would not answer my questions. I explained to them that if everything was OK I needed my receipt asap because I had to get on the road and pick up my kids from school. They could've handled this better.

When they called to tell us where to drop our uhaul off they were so rude. When we came to drop it off they were not friendly at all. Had no idea what to do. Had us driving it all over the place. It took 30 minutes for a 5 minute job. He didn’t even have us sign anything.

This location only offers pick up until 3:30PM. I had requested a 5:00PM pick-up. There was no one there to assist me in getting the trailer connected to the ball of my hitch. I found it nearly impossible to lift the trailer tongue by myself to attach the trailer. I had no assistance in checking the trailer's lights for night time / rain operation.

My customer service experience at the college corner gas station on gillionville rd. in Albany,Ga. was horrendous. When I returned the truck that night, they told me to come in the morning because they close the u-haul system down at 4pm (which was fine with me). I came in the next morning to the store to ensure it was returned correctly. The rep. (Mr. Patel) was very rude and disrespectful to me. While he was doing the return, I explained to him that’s not my paper he was looking at. He said “what are you talking about, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Your name doesn’t have to be on the paper for it to be yours. This is your paper. My response was “Wow”!!! I was mind bottle, wondering where did all that anger come from. I explained to the customer he didn’t have to talk to me that way. He kept going back and forth with me until I told him to just stop and drop the conversation. Then he said ok as if he said nothing. I was very livid and appalled and his reaction and walked away.

Too small to get a large vehicle in. We told reservation agents that we were driving a 36 foot RV. Why didn’t they know that this location is tiny? Small even for average car. They didn’t have enough room to accept trailer without us transferring it to a smaller car and then significant maneuvering by us.

We were very disappointed with College Corner U-Haul Services! We reserved our truck about a week prior. We had a 8am pick up reservation and the clerk did not come in to check us out until around 9am. The regular store cashier kept stalling for him saying he is on his way. When he finally got in, he didn’t offer any apologies for our delay and hour wait, STANDING in a convenient store. In fact, he informed us he didn’t have the Utlity Dolly we also reserved. This branch of U-Haul could cause further bad ratings. I think the company should look into how smaller companies are represented them. Auwful Experience!!

Truck was clean but only one furniture dolly was available and it was broken. A sticker marked the broken area so the agent must have known that it was broken and did not inform me. He also had little knowledge of UHaul software and wasted an hour of my time and my mover’s time trying to reimburse the $10.00 for the missing dolly costing me more than the cost of the dolly. He and his assistant also tried to sell me items not needed rather than reimburse me for the much needed dolly. He and his assistant were unfriendly and recorded the departure time 30 minutes earlier than when I departed from his facility.

This was the most horrible experience I have had with renting a trailer. I called 3 weeks prior and verifyied the location was open only to find out the desired location was closed, the replacement location was not close to me nor did they have any boxes for me to purchase. I checked in online and still had to wait over 45 minutes to be helped. I would not recommend U-haul nor do I plan to use them in the future as there are other company available and had I know all the trouble I would have with this rental would have used anther company.

Thanks to my knowledge of renting UHAUL trucks, I have always cleaned and made sure that the gas was more than what was in the tank. That being said; when we returned our truck, the people in the store tried to charge my husband and I for cleaning the truck which had no trash and then tried to say that we didn't have the exact gas. But after my husband walked to the truck and ask the guy who cleans the truck was there any trash, the gentleman said what trash; I'm just sweeping out the dust and then we showed them the picture of the gas needle; they said we were okay. LOL, I knew we were okay. So I hope whoever reads this review, make sure you check everything and take a picture of the gas needle.

Back door was almost impossible to open and close! I had to fight to open and close it every time. I told them when I returned it I told them and they acted like it was no big deal. If you check I bet nothing was do to it.
