The moving process at this location was horrible for me. First, the truck that I needed was moved to a different location (College Corners gas station). Second, I called to get assistance with the 24/7 pickup around 3 p.m. because I had trouble getting the truck at its original pickup time and the team was being very unprofessional on the phone. They were laughing, making jokes and yelling to each other in the background. I was also on hold for nearly 30 minutes before speaking to someone. Once I got on the line the guy was a bit helpful with walking me through the process for pickup, however once we got to the end he was given a code to open the box for the key and completely forgot it and had to put me on hold again to call and re-ask for it. If you can find another moving service I would recommend that. Or hire movers. They were terrible.

We arrived at our intended pick up time at 10am and were told the person that does UHaul was not available and to come back in an hour. We originally moved our reservation to another location, but realized the equipment available there was not the correct size. We then transferred back to the original location of College Corner and was told we couldn't get the equipment until 2pm. This completely set off our intended plans of returning to Savannah and unloading in a timely manner. This chaotic change and unreliability was completely unsettling and made me want to reconsider ever using UHaul again. Please ensure the owner of this location appropriately communicates with his customers and gives them a heads up if he is unable to accommodate their needs.

The passenger side light was not working and I had to go to two different locations to get my contract and then to pick up my towing equipment. Someone needs to be available at the pick up site to handle the reservations.

I was charged for some mileage that I did not put in one of their Uhaul trucks and the store claims they couldn't do anything to fix it. They had rented me a truck that did not work and knew it did not work. I'm waiting to get my money refunded.

I tried to order the small truck and was given the largest truck and the price jumped from $20 to 60. They only do online booking and no in person booking. I had to settle for I larger truck than I needed and pay more money than I could afford

Sadly, the man was horrible. He made me feel he wanted nothing to do with my business. He had no pads I was supposed to pick up. He refused to give us the military discount. When I mention any type of discount including my tax exempt, he would say "no no we don't do that." When i told him the woman on the phone told me to come to the facility, He still said he could not help because i was onky to pick up the key through online. He did not give me the dolly I paid for either. I never got one. He made me feel disregarded and disrespected. It was the worst UHAUL experience i have ever had. It really upset my mother who was with me as well. She was offended by his dismissive attitude. It was not good business at all. Seemed like everything I asked was a no with no effort to asssist me at all. As I said, despite me being told to go to the location and speak with Him when I called the 800#, he still said he couldn't help me. I had to waste time going all the way to another location to pick up 12 pads when I had paid for 20. Sadly no UHAUL near his location, as Mckayla checked for me, had any pads either. I had to delay the movers by almost a hour which cost me $150. I would appreciate a refund on the uhaul. Last year this time, i rented three uhauls within 5 days. I have always rented with you all and never, that I can recall, felt the need to make a formal complaint. I felt like a bug thatvhe wanted to show away rather than help me get things done.

Pick up was supposed to be at 9. The person in charge of the equipment was not even there until 9:30. Also they didn't have the appliance dolly that was reserved s as o they sent us to a different location for the whole rental with bad information so we ended up having to rent the dolly from that location and go back for the truck from this x location. This cost us almost 2 hours of our day

This location is giving you a BAD name.....I'll never go here again. Note: I arrived to pick up the truck and 2 women in store said UHaul ended at 3....my appt for pick up was at 3:30. We reserve the trailer on line and addressed all questions thru the portal. When we picked the trailer up, the store owner made us answer all the questions again, and then charged us for insurance even though we had elected not to carry it online. I want my $50 refunded for insurance.

The truck had a 165,600 plus miles on it and a bit of external damage which was marked. It had some drink bottles that rolled out from under the seat and candy wrapper in the passenger door handle which should have been cleaned out.

I will NEVER go back to this location. I will not use Uhaul, if I can find an alternate solution. This was a damn nightmare from the start. Reserved trailer was not available, wrong ID number entered at from location making it impossible to rent at reserved location, hours wasted on the phone and at the location. Ungrateful clerk doung me a favor while I spend money with an ungrateful Uhaul agent.

I have been trying to contact you guys for days now! My name is Tiara Gordon. I have never been more disrespected in my life after visiting this location. I will never recommend this location to anyone!!!!! The worker himself was very racist!!! He asked for my lease for me to even rent a uhaul not only that told me he didn't have any with 6 vehicles were there!!! He then allowed a white customer to skip me not only did he not ask them for a lease but he also used a credit card this man had written on a paper and he told him it was a friend card he didn't get any proof or anything but he gave me hell getting a uhaul I had already reserved this location need to be shut down completely before y'all catch a law suit!!!!!
