CARL BEACHI was supposed to drop off at SCI Enterprises in Lewiston, Id. I was not made aware that they changed the drop off location. So while I waited for 10-15 min ( the owners were very nice and helpful to get me to the right spot). I just would have like to have known it changed. That’s all.

brian GilchristPerhaps this and all U Haul locations can confirm the equipment is available earlier (3 days) prior to pickup. I’ve rented equipment from U Haul only to arrive at the location and being told the equipment is not at that location or unavailable.
Jake HeusinkveldChehalis did great, Moscow not so much. They wouldn't let me return the trailer on Saturday (said they were full) and told me I had to go to Spokane to drop it off. Spokane was overtaken by wildfires that day so they then sent me to Lewiston and when I finally got there it was closed. I was able to do a drop service but was treated terribly by the Moscow store manager and the regional manager said she would be giving me a $200.00 credit and It has not happened. Uhaul failed on this rental. I'm so unhappy with my experience. I was the Director at our local Chamber of Commerce for 10 years and understand customer service, this business approach in Moscow was unacceptable. They need training on how to be nice.

Lindsey McKinneyI was 2 days and 30 minutes late in returning the rental and was charged for three days, even though I phoned ahead and notified the company and was given two extra hours to get there.
Douglas FranklinThe location was wonderful, the last minute change of pick up location and the necessity to pay for the extra miles to pickup and drop off was very frustrating. I don't blame the change on the location but uhaul contacted me after the guaranteed time about the need to pick up elsewhere and getting them on the phone to deal with them have been difficult or impossible.
Cortney DaltonThis company had their hours on the phone message but when you arrive at the location they have different hours on the door and of course there was nobody there... It was then that I find out on the contract that I have to jump through a bunch of hoops to return the truck and trailer... I hope I never have to use U Haul again.

Diane LozanoU-Haul is and always has been very good to deal with but I had to drive 180 miles round trip to drop off the trailer. I am being compensated some but it is very inconvenient to have to drive 3+hours to return.
