Everthing was absolutely great except for the uhaul app. The uhual app took 10 mins to upload the first picture i sent and then 25 mins to upload all of the pictures of the truck when I was checking out. The progress icon just spun and spun while i waited. At one point, since it was so slow, I thought your site was down, but I just kept waiting. Unacceptable.

FAILA STruck is dirty. Windshield covered in bird poop. Inside coffe spills and dirt all over the seat. The back was dirty and was not swept out.

Sandy TI ran into something that in the 45 years of renting from UHaul. A bad experience at one location. 14 Randolph Road, Silver Spring, (Colesville) Maryland 20904. The rental place is actually a beer & wine store less than a mile from my house. I thought that I could use that location because it was close to home. I set up my reservation for 10:00 am. The web site for the store says that they open at 8:00 am. The sign on the door said they opened at 10:00 am. I later found out that they opened later. So now I was in a bind. I had a schedule to keep. The people at UHaul were very nice and switched my reservation to another place. Enter Cloverly Automotive. 2203 Spencerville Road, Spencerville Maryland. The staff was friendly & welcoming. They had me on the road in minutes. I usually would go to the Rockville location which is also very excellent. But is further away. Thank you Cloverly Automotive,. For saving my behind on a almost stressful day. So all I have to say is don't use the Colesville location.

ShanaDee JPersonnel working the day I dropped off the truck gave excellent customer service. The location of Cloverly Automotive were their office happens to be located at looks like a junk yard and it was not clearly marked where to pull in to return vehicles. The U haul office needs a DEEP CLEAN!

BUNHENG SI reserved my truck to be picked-up at Deep Rock Rd. location and the pick-up location was moved without my knowledge. I was also told that the drop-off location I had arranged with the person on the phone when I made my reservation was no longer an option and I would have to return the truck at a location another 15 miles away. It took me 1:13:00, and five call transfers to get this changed back to the original location, I went from being an upset customer to an enraged customer. I sell real estate, and I will pass this experience on to all my client's and I will never use U-Haul again,

david lthe only issue that i have with dropping off here is that there is no clear place to drop off the equipment if you use the picture that i took last night as a reference it was very difficult to drop the trailer off i am glad i have alot of expeirence driving trucks because i would not have been able to drop this trailer off

Jennifer LThe assistant was very helpful. But, after returning to get instructions on how to get the key, I met the agent. He insisted that I must take the insurance even though I said that my insurance might cover the use of the van. The office was in a very dirty state. Worse, the van was dirty and stunk terribly and I had to tolerate this.
MICHAEL TPositive comment: owner/staff was helpful in selecting right equipment and provided wiring adapter to connect trailer wiring to my Chevy Suburban wiring connector.
DONALD CThe interior cabin was filthy. Not sure what the rules are about smoking in the vehicle, however, the vehicle reeked of smoke. The people who run the UHaul location are very nice and very customer friendly.
ROCCO PGive directions to the drop off location GPS doesn't take you there. Use this quote "located behind Spenseville deli"; the GPS takes you three doors down the road and the mechanic shop is not on the main street.

Erik SVery poor selection at this location. I was not happy that U-haul changed the pick-up location without me agreeing to it. Had I not noticed this in the confirmation email, I would have showed up at the location I chose and the equipment wouldn't have been there. Ultimately, I had to choose a different type of trailer so I could pick up a the location I preferred.

BINYAM dThe agent who handled my transaction was friendly and helpful. The location only had one 10-ft truck and they only had 1/4 of the number of pads that I reserved. Unfortunately, the truck was NOT in good maintenance condition. The air conditioning system did not work well and, at times, the truck was sputtering so bad that I feared being stranded on the road. The maintenance light on the truck came on and stayed on the whole trip. U-haul should do better.

Dale NUpon pickup the truck displayed warning lights that the oil was low. It took a half hour to 45 minutes for a respresentative from the Cloverly location to make the proper adjustments to the vehicle before it could be driven. I would suggest that when the trucks are returned that items like this are checked. You are big on the return with gas make sure the equipment is maintained for the customer.
