Gas gauge shown on return printout showed 1/4 full however I put gas in prior to return an the gauge showed between 3/8 and 1/2 full. The same as when I started. I was charged for an additional 8 gallons. Not good.DOUGLAS HARRY S.
Arrived at closing. We were told by the person locking up to leave the truck and blankets in the parking lot and they would check in the next day. Didn't hear from them at all but received an extra charge for damage/missing items 5 days later with no notification or notes about what they were referencing. Truck was clean and we left all blankets in the cab as directed. Tried to contact them and they couldn't review their notes, U-Haul also couldn't see any. Waiting for a response from a manager now. Ordered 15' truck, not availaible, ordered furniture blankets, not available. Seemed like the outside of cab had not been washed recently. The staff were helpful and courteous. Need to coordinate better between customer service and the actual availability at the pickup locations.John M.

I followed the instructions for returning the vehicle on my app. However there was no drop box and the people inside refused to help. After calling, I was told to leave the keys with the people who refused to help me. Then they made me wait why they called for the same info. Then four days later I get an angry email accusing me of blocking the entrance and exits (not true it was parked in the lot across the street per instructions) and taking the key.NICOLE C.

We were told that we could not pay cash for pick-up but we could pay cash at drop-off but when we got there we were told that they can't do that and that we should have paid cash at pick-up location.Lorin Y.

I was told to bring the truck back full of fuel. When I checked the fuel gauge before leaving the facility I noted that the Marker was just to the left of the full line so I assumed that was where â€œfullâ€ was marked on this vehicle's gauge. When I refilled before returning the truck I was surprised that it took over 7 gallons, since I had only driven less than 20 miles. Then I turned on the engine and noted that the marker was well to the right of the full line. I knew then that I had not been given a full tank of fuel when I rented this truck. It cost an extra $10 or $12 to bring this truck back FULL. When I pointed this issue out to the manager his attitude was pretty much â€œoh well - you should have just filled it back to where it was on the gauge.â€ How do you do that when the engine is off at the gas station and you can't see the gauge? I told the gas attendant to fill it, as I'd been told to do. I paid an extra $10 at least to bring this back full, over- compensating for the less-than full condition that they gave me upon my rental. I would like a refund to make me rescind this negative review. Also, when I entered the office to finalize my return the manager was not wearing a mask. So I took mine off and asked him why he wasn't wearing one. He said he didn't have to if there were no customers in the office. I pointed out that I was a customer, and although he did finally go find a mask to put on, I was not impressed with his argumentative attitude. No - I will not use this location again and I will not recommend them. By the way - I had no issue with Vicky(?) the office gal - she was easy to work with. Her boss not so much.ROBERT LARRY H.

I believe you should test your trucks prior to renting. My trip was delayed several hours due to me having to call our road service prior to even leaving and turn signals and break lights did not work on plug to trailer. Thus, a fuse had to be replaced and he could not get there until approximately 10:00pm. This delayed me until the next day for travel. The rental place added on safe move when I specifically told him I was just using the truck to tow my trailer home due to family emergency. Therefore, it was an unnecessary charge to me with an empty cargo. Not my best experience with UHaul, and I have continually used you for many years. The technician was helpful and quick about repairs to the truck so kudos to him. I will still use Uhaul, but we cannot be better without feedback. GraciasSUZANNE D.

The guy who rented me my uhaul was rude and an asshole. He tried to act like I he was better then me. He had an attitude. Just because I wasn't wearing my FUSONS MOVING tee shirt doesn't mean people are dumb. I own Fuson moving and have rented more uhauls then he has.worked there. I will definitely never get another truck or tell my customers to rent a storage unit from climate control unless they want to be treated like shit.James F.

We attempted to reserve a Uhaul on 6/24 for a 26 FT truck and were told it was confirmed. We then got an email saying it was confirmed to pick up in Myrtle creek- 2 hours away. We called again and cancelled the reservation. We called on 6/26 to reserve a truck again (all other locations were sold out for the week) and we were told only a 16 ft was available but they were having issues and could not reserve over the phone. They said to come in on Thursday 6/27 and they would hold the truck. We arrived at 9:30 and they were having issues with their computer and they ran my card 7 times- we were there over an hour and we finally were able to leave with a 16 ft truck. When we returned it we were told it would be 3 times the amount we were originally quoted. I am disputing this charge through my bank. We are extremely unhappy with this experience,Ryan R.
The pick up site and drop off sight were wonderful. The Roseburg site was terrible. He answered the phone angry and short and did nothing to explain my questions about storage units. I got one elsewhere.Cathi E.
I am extremely disappointed that when I received my original estimate from the Livermore,CA location I was told that to start by picking up the truck in Medford,OR my cost would be in the mid $500 range, and when I paid the final bill in Medford it was $1000. I would not recommend or use your company again due to this tactic.Jeff F.

Although the location was great and convenient, I was very disappointed in the price of the rental Because it advertises for a really low daily rate but instead there are other fees that hike up the price. I don't think I'll rent here again for that reason.Yolanda M.

Truck was returned dirty and not cleaned however the girl was apologetic and quickly cleaned it. Rented 2 dozen blankets but was given 2 bundles (6 each). Later went to other Uhaul facility and they graciously gave me 3 more bundles. Truck leaked water (rain) soaking some of our items along with some packing blankets.William M.

Our truck had only 1/2 tank of gas. The clerk at the pick-up location documented that for us, and there were no problems when we dropped it off! Overall a great experience!Lynn B.
