Everything went smoothly. Was a little busy during pickup but nothing too crazy. Employees were very nice, no issues and would definitely use again.

Make sure the equipment is at desired location of customer. Had to drive An hour and 45 minutes away to obtain trailer. Make sure equipment is in working order. Once trailer was loaded passenger side tire was flat had to fill up several times causing a delay of two days and added cost. When dropping off the trailer the manager was unsympathetic of the issues that occurred and would not reimburse any money the delay that occurred At no fault to myself. The Clearwater in kennewick location was very helpful. Uhaul needs to invest in a system to know where there trucks are to have them ready and in the right locations.

The first trailer that was hooked up to my truck, had blinkers and brake lights but no running lights. The salesman said I should be ok since I was staying in town. i was surprised that someone renting me equipment to use on streets and highways wasn't worried if was in good repair for use. I didn't make a big deal with the salesman, but insisted that I wanted a trailer that had full working lights. The salesman unhooked the faulty unit and brought in a second trailer, that did check out properly when checking all the lights. I had no problems with the second trailer.

(1) I rented the trailer Friday, late afternoon, around 4:45 p.m. They asked if I would hook it up to my vehicle. I did but had to take the wiring pigtail from another trailer to connect it to my vehicle. (2) On Saturday at 8:30 am they called asking me when I would be returning it because it was due back Friday night at 10:30 p.m.? That did not make sense at all. (2) When I did return it after having it for 16 hours, they said another customer also wanted it was why they called and asked me to bring it in. Very much not what I anticipated from a U-Haul dealer.

Reserved equipment, that was not available at that location. Had to drive 50 miles to another location. The cost ended up DOUBLE, what was quoted when the reservation was made. Made a commitment, to pick up an item, so had no choice. You should honor the commitments you made as well. Feel ripped off and lied to. Will not use U-Haul again.

Rented a 15' truck and a car transport. The truck was clean but whatever vehicle was hauled on the transport had leaked something all over the chain's. Left my hands VERY dirty and oily. Drove from Washington to Minnesota and the truck and trailer operated fine. The truck, did not have cruise control which would have really been nice!

Rated above average for the speed of pick-up and return - the truck was ready and waiting and I got it in about two minutes. One issue I encountered was that the furniture blankets I wanted were not available.

I called thinking I was talking to the facility. It turned out, I was talking to some central switchboard. When I arrived at the actual drop off facility nobody was there. There was a note saying that they would return in about 45 minutes, but I was under the impression that somebody would be there to process my rental. It was all good, because I actually spoke to the person on the phone,And I was able to just drop the trailer off and he would process it later. It all worked out and I'm very satisfied.

One of the best experiences I've had with U-Haul. The staff make the business great and we're beyond helpful and answered all my questions. The company should look to this location for what customer service looks like. 10/10. 5 Stars.

17ft truck had some pretty gnarly outside damage but they told me about it beforehand. I documented with pictures as per the website they linked to me for that purpose. Had no effect on how the truck handled. Easy in and out. Polite staff. Hope I don't have to but would use again.

When someone makes a reservation, that item should be ready to go when the person shows up. When I arrived to pick up a car carrier, the employee didn't know where it was. Once he found it, he didn't have a key to the U-Haul truck that was blocking it in. Had to wait for his boss to show up with a key to the truck to move it out of the way. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had with U-Haul.

On a Saturday right when the office opened the clerk had 4 customers to attend to all by himself. All of us were patient but also had to rearrange my movers due to the nearly 1 hour delay, even though I had made reservations on line it didn't help. He said the truck had been double booked for the day due to me not checking it out on time, but I was waiting in line for him to help me when it most likely got double booked. He found another truck but ended up having a tail light out so we had to switch again. The process for returning after they closed (5 minutes after closing time) ended up taking 45 minutes as well with all of the questions and pictures to submit. Understandable the company needs to make sure things are good but definitely not what I had time for with moving and how much I had to do that night. The clerk himself was great and had a good attitude with all of the stress.

I received a text to drop off at this location. Chris then told me that he can't take the auto transporter. Uhaul schedulers contacted Don and he got hold of another dealer that came and got the truck and transporter. They came throught and saved the day.

It was easy enough to rent the truck, and I was told that if I wanted to return the truck after hrs i was supposed to use my smart phone and go on the website. I sat in the parking lot for over an hr trying to get the truck returned talked to 2 different people from customer service, the first lady had no idea what she was doing and then I had to sit there on hold for 30 mins to talk to the next person to try to help me. You should simplify your app or give people step by step direction on what to do because having to sit there for over and hr just to try to get it returned is ridiculous and really irritating.

I felt like family walking into this privately own uhaul! He is the kind of person I want to hire as a business owner that I am.

They forgot to explain that when returning truck after hours I needed to check it in online. My phone notified me at scheduled time but since I dropped it off 2 hours early I wasn't at the location to check it in as it requires. Had to call customer service

The truck and the contract did not match. Over 21,000 miles off. Gas did not match. The truck was not swept out or cleaned prior to us picking up, did not know this until we went to load up at our house. Took an hour to pick up the truck. I take responsibility for not checking but after an hour and being given the wrong key/filling out the contract 3+ times, and having my ride wait for an hour for me, I did not remember to check the gas and mileage against the contract until I arrived home 5 minutes later. Moving is stressful enough to not be walked through the process step by step before driving off, I felt like this was an error with training. Had I not been so pressed for time to have to be out of our house I would have returned it and went another route. I'm sure it was an oversight and the kid working there seemed frustrated and flustered and embarrassed, but I definitely would not recommend

We had a reservation for 9 am on Monday morning and no one was there. My husband called the number on the door multiple times with no response. I tried calling and talked to Jose, who sounded irritated with my call as well as surprised that no one was there and said someone should be there eventually... it wasn't a great impression, or very professional. Someone with good customer service would apologize for the inconvenience, at the very least, rather than sound put out. We got our u-haul eventually and everything seemed fine. Throughout the rental process, I received texts confirming our reservation. We had planned on renting the u-haul on a Monday and returning it on Wednesday evening; however, I received a text on Wednesday that our reservation was scheduled to end on Thursday at 10 am. Thinking we had it until Thursday morning (because of the text they sent), we kept it overnight so we could focus on unpacking boxes at our new house. The rental agency ended up charging us for keeping it an extra night. When my husband showed him the text that the u-haul service provider sent, he said it was to remind us to return it. I am so confused why he would send us a "reminder" text with the wrong day and time. It seems like a complete scam. We had no intention of keeping the u-haul an extra night UNTIL the text came saying it wasn't due until the following morning. So frustrating! The u-haul itself was totally fine, but the rental agency leaves a lot to be desired. I would recommend finding a different location to rent from.

I feel that wats advertises online for 40 dollar truck plus gas is way off from what u really charge we paid 140 when we replaced the gas ourselfs and already paid 70 on top of that so I feel it's a huge rip off thanks anyways

Average storage facility. Person running office didn't quite know all the ins and outs of my agreement. I reserved hand trucks and blankets and nothing was avail. when I checked in. Would have been nice to get a phone call or email letting me know this so I could make other arrangements. Got no direction on how to operate truck and it was the biggest in fleet. Never driven this size before but I figured it out OK.

Clearwater location, Great caring people. After hours corporate help needs lots of help. Physically. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Aslo hold music volume is too high. One ca't hear themselves think. Tone it down to a background sound, not a blaring volume sound.

I put 2 gallons of gas in the uhaul and it was returned with more gas in it than when I drove it off the lot, yet I was charged $17 for 4 gallons of gas when I only drove the uhaul 7 total miles so my 2 gallons should have been MORE than enough.

The scheduler and I had a miscommunication on whether this rental was an "in town" or "one way" When I went to turn in the truck, I was told I would have to pay a fee because I wasn't returning it to the pick up location. Not the schedulers fault, not mine either. Just a miscommunication. Uhaul customer service worked with me to change the initial rental and since I had the truck an extra day, I incurred the daily rental fee. However, by working with customer service and changing my rental after explaining the miscommunication, I am very satisfied with my rental experience and customer service help to correct the miscommunication.

Rental was great! The only unresolved issue was a printed receipt. The guy working the desk over Labor Day weekend didn't have a key to the office where the paper for the printer was kept. He emailed me a copy—so I'm good- but that guy should get some keys because he was awesome!
