Vestal TeeterUhaul as a company is the problem not the locations. I have not seen a questionnaire about uhaul as a company. The locations are ran by nice people that do their best to help you. Uhaul as a company need to take some notes and learn how to treat their customers. I will not use uhaul because of the company not the locations owners. Uhaul needs to fix their customer service and how they deal with people.

Samuel BEGAYI was hesitant to drop my Uhaul key into the Auto Body storefront drop box (without seeing a Uhaul sticker/designation) since drop site was named as the Self-storage business.
Annie BakerUHaul needs to provide jacks for the trailers. I nearly killed myself unhooking the trailer by myself since the location was closed. Your online system is pretty much worthless. It took 5 phone calls and an email to get my trailer returned in the system. You are fortunate there is no competition or I would rent elsewhere.

I put out my reservation a week before my travel day at Midwest Ace Hardware In Junction City Kansas. Showed up to that location and my auto trailer wasn’t there. The attendant said it wouldn’t be there till Friday. How does that help when I had to leave that day? I then called U-Haul. They helped me find another trailer at a different location. This location was over 40 minutes away. Which is terrible since I have to travel 5 and a half hours the opposite direction. Very frustrating and will try a different rental service due to this issue. Never had issues before but will not have this issue again and will go through someone else. But the location in clay center was fine.
Kyle AlfordBundled equipment, e.g. truck and auto transport, could have already been hooked up and ready to go. Also, even though uhaul doesn’t guarantee pick up location, compensation should be given if customer had to make an hour and a half round trip to receive equipment.

BRAD MANNboth ends of the trip were totally professional and the truck really rode smooth with load. total fuel was 98 dollars which tells the truck is very fuel efficent and well worth renting. Insurance gave me good piece of mind and entire experience was awesome. Thank you and your team.
MICHAEL CHRISTENSENPickup, and drop off was easy. My only problem was uhaul made me pick it up 45 miles from where I wanted to. I drove by the establishment where I wanted to pick it up and there were at least 5 trailers there.

David GinglesCheck equipment before renting.motor cover was unlocked causing intense motor heat directed at my right leg. Cab had used clorox wipes and benedryl packets on floor. Ratcheting straps on trailer were corroded and very difficult to use. Staff at pickup location could not access keys to move another truck for trailer attachment to rented truck. Reservation info was not accurate upon pickup,,10% discount was not applied, also charged for extra day on trailer after it was dropped off on time ( had truck until 4:30 on drop off date)

Shawn AllenThe person who handles the Uhall info was on present the day I returned the equipment. There was only a small sign to indicated the location. Being new to the area, it took me a couple of passes to see the sign and know where to go.

Dale CableI appreciate u-haul allowing me to rent a larger 6 x 12 trailer that was at MY location, rather than having to drive 40 miles to pick up the 5 x 8 I had contracted for. I would recommend better communication between locations to set something like this up, however, because if I had not seen the larger trailer at MY location, I would have had no choice but to drive the 40 miles to get the trailer size I had ordered.
