The vehicle and the service were great. This location is also a car wash, and there is no check in counter. Everything is done via the internet. This is fine, but I would give a higher rating if the location had a dedicated office/counter for UHaul service.Erik W.

Once a customer picks the vehicle to rent. Send a short tutorial of the features of that vehicle. I didn't know it had a reverse camera in the rearview mirror until I return it to the lot.Alfred C.
I was sent to 3 different locations the morning I needed the truck. The first location sent me to another location. At the next location I had to wait on the phone for a half hour to be sent to a third location which was completely out of the way and added unnecessary mileage to the trip. No one called me a day or two before like they said they would to confirm everything and when I called to confirm of course it ended up being the wrong location that I was given. At the third location I was able to get truck and the staff was nice and the truck was clean. But the unorganization with U-Haul was something I never experienced years ago when renting a truck until now.Lisa B.

Your mobile pick up and return doesn't work Don't move people to far away u haul locations because you don't have their equipment ready and then CHARGE THEM EXTRA for the extra mileage incurred. Ridiculous.Brandon S.

$20.00 per day, bur charged me $30.00 instead. Also changed me for the â›½ fuel in the maximum full refill, while it was not full the tank at a time I took out the truck ðŸš'. I even fill gasoline to the same level when got it out on the road. Why I have to pay for the gas â›½ that I didn't use it. Also over charged me for the mileage too. It's not cheating, it's robbery.Narom U.
They have the worst customer service. When I showed up for my pickup the own and only U Haul employee was not there. There is a car detailing shop that shares the same lot and office. One of the car washers has to call the owner. The owner had me pay for the rental before he arrived. I than found out the key was not in the office. The owner had it on him. The owner showed up at 11:15 AM. My pick up time was 10:30 Am. Than when I dropped the van off I did not know I had to record the mileage. Once again the owner was no where to be found. The car washer who took the keys from me would not let me get back into the car to look at the mileage. I seriously question the professionalism of UHual as a company.Bruce T.

This is probably the worst U-Haul location that I've done business with. The representative that I dealt with didn't seem to know how to do their job. Also, the truck that I rented was not sanitized. Lastly, the representative was not there when I went to return the truck. Even though it was during their hours of operation. I didn't feel like waiting around so I drop the keys in the lockbox. I was charged an additional $20 for this which is absurd. I will never do business here again.Daniel P.

The cab of the truck smelled heavily of Marijuana and I paid for a dolly and furniture pads that were not provided. I will not only never recommend uhaul again but I will actively discourage others from using. Our pick up location was changed two days before our move and we had to drive 40 minutes away to pick up our truck in a bad location. When we got there they told us the truck wasn't ours and it took 40 minutes (in a bad location) for them to figure it out. We always use uhaul when we move but never again.Andrew W.

I originally reserved a smaller truck at a location I could walk to from my apartment in philly, but the type of truck, and location changed without any notice to me whatsoever. The truck I picked up Was a 26ft truck (too big for anyone Without a CDL to drive on tiny Philadelphia streets) had a dead battery, and no gas in the tank. After an hour of waiting, the guys Figured out how to jump start it, and told me I had to go to the gas station next door right away. After I got gas, I drove to my apartment, where I was loading my furniture. A u-haul mechanic came out to me and replaced the battery on the spot, and ensured that there would be no further issues.Robert B.

I had chosen to do a 24/7 online pick up for 9:30AM. However when I arrived, the owner of Classic Detail told me he was picking up another truck and my van would not be available until 10:30. He did not leave the Uhaul key in the lock box like he was supposed to, and I ended up waiting an over an hour and a half to pick up my truck. Because I had already started the online check in process at 10:00 AM when I arrived, the Uhaul app timed out and I couldn't complete the fuel/odometer picture part, and I now have to dispute a fuel charges because Uhaul is saying that I did not fill the tank back to where it was supposed to be. This was unacceptable service.Taylor C.

Accommodating, Service oriented, friendly. No wait time. Walked in verified my info, inspected the vehicle...and that was it. I've been to other locations and it was long waits and them they didn't have the vehicle i ordered. I would definitely recommend this site!Aleeshamonae D.
This location was very confusing as there were no signs indicating it was a Uhaul pickup. We had to call to ask where to go and the representative told us to go to the car wash to pick up the trailer, even though the actual facility was up the road. They also did not have the proper wiring for the lights, so the employee made us follow him with the trailer in tow to get the additional equipment. We felt very uncomfortable and stressed during this process.Christopher D.

Allow for trailers to be returned to a different location than the one you picked it up at. This is convenient and would, in my opinion, generate repeat business.Donald S.

No one was at the site at the time that pickup was scheduled. Note that there U-Haul's server was malfunctioning at the time, and this may have contributed to the lateness. This was not well communicated. The actual trailer connection and condition of the equipment was all very good.Leon Z.
