I visited the drop-off location prior to my trip and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped the truck off on a late Sunday afternoon when the office was closed and having the ability to return the key in the drop box was very convenient. Staff had previously given me instructions as to where to park the truck giving me the ability to quickly return the truck at my convenience. After driving cross-country over a period of 4 days this kind of convenience was greatly needed. THANK YOU!

I used my phone to rent the truck and was not told that I could not return the truck near my destination and found that out on the phone later on and told I would be charged an extra $100 for returning it near my destination. I was unable to find someone to give me a ride home from 40 miles away where I rented the truck for several days and only after 2 or 3 days was i informed that I was being charged another $20 a day when I had thought it was just mileage I was being charged.

This location is a good one. Using UHauls online check-in, check-out, not so much. Slow, laggy, minimal UI indicators of activity processing. Very frustrating. Oh, and it looks like my credit card was charged twice.

This is one of few 5-star business ratings I have ever seen. But-there is little to expect more from. It met or exceeded all of our expectations in terms of what we felt this service should provide. It wasn't cheap, but fair. Communication was great so we knew what was going on at all times and they reached over backwards to make sure we were taken care of.

Overall a positive experience. Please note that cruise control feature was sorely missed in the 20 foot truck that I recently drove almost 800 miles. Yet the 26 foot trucks on your lot I verified do have cruise control. Please consider ordering your future 20 foot trucks with cruise control (will help alleviate driver right foot fatigue). Your web site says your 20 foot trucks get 11 MPG, not so, as I managed 9.6 MPG only with conservative driving techniques (60 MPH). True real-world MPG is closer to 9.0 MPG. Understood that no one rents a cube truck, with aerodynamics of a brick, to achieve good MPG. May want to lower MPG expectations of your customers accordingly up front. Otherwise a nice & recent 2019 model truck. Please arrange to fix a broken driver side sun visor bracket (was already broken upon receiving truck).

You should not be charged for a full month if you move out of the storage facility in the middle of the month. The unit is quite costly we would have had $32.40 due us if you pro rated, as you should.

Basically had an easy customer. One point threatened to charge late fee because the check I had written had wrong. Date. Wanted to charge fee Had my email didn't bother to notify me Just sent me a bill saying I didn't pay. Really. I was turned off from that moment on. U had a customer paid on time and wasn't a hassle and u pulled that. That was the end Recommendation get a less new manager
