Extremely easy and professional to pick up and drop off truck. Was exactly what we needed. The staff at the front desk (main staff member and in-training staff member) were phenomenal. Very friendly and just great all around customer service. Highly recommend this Uhaul branch. If/when we need another moving truck, will definitely be coming back here.

Nothing. Employees were kind and courteous. This site should be used as the standard for your company. Clean building, clean truck, knowledgeable staff and worked with me when I needed to extend my rental. I would definitely recommend my family and friends. I thought customer service was a thing of the past, I'm glad I was wrong.

I called to confirm my booking the day of. The City Storage rep said he had it on the schedule. He made the extra effort to call the previous renter to confirm the time of return to make sure the truck was available. Fantastic customer service and follow thru. Very friendly staff.

This was my first experience with picking up and dropping off a rental using the mobile app. It was different, but it is set up well. I did fail to photo the odometer before I dropped the keys in the box. Maybe a reminder in the truck could help? Thanks for the service!
