If the location does not carry any other supplies, please do not provide that option while booking online. I booked a dolly and while picking up the truck, was told they do not have dolly. This is an inconvenience.

Chilly Mart employees were rude and nonhelpful. Van had a woman’s DWI logbook and information in a binder they seemed to not care and left it there for the next person. Wasn’t clean. Bad experience.

I added a dolly to use when reserved the truck and supposedly this location have some available but found out they don’t which had me drive 30 mins to another uhal facility and pick up a dolly! This should have been addressed during the reservation process!!

For whatever reason, it didn't click in my brain that this location wasn't a stand-alone UHAUL location. After driving around the gas station, we also noticed the van we rented for the evening was not there. The van we had already completed all the online paperwork for... The guys within the gas station told us they didn't have one meaning we had to rent a truck which was more expensive. Bummer. Upon returning the truck, the guy at the counter asked if we filled it back up with gas. I told him that as we got the truck with under a quarter of a tank of gas we just filled it back up to that. He was super annoyed with that rolling his eyes at me but I wasn't going to be overly helpful to people who did absolutely nothing to get our reserved van, or help us with the process in any way. This location earned it's 2/5 stars. Normally I wouldn't be such a Karen, but we needed a van to move one couch. We should not have been allowed to select this location if they didn't have what was needed.

The check in was confusing.. the rep didnt say anything abt coverage which i opted out of, but somehow it was on my receipt. I didnt note initial mileage.. seem like more than gps ... i went straight there and back.. Rep came to the gas pump... felt rushed because they had someone waiting for a truck and it wasnt time for me to return it. Truck was very shakey..

I ordered an appliance dolly and furniture pads with my rental and they didn’t have them and I was told they weren’t allowed to carry them. I needed them for my rental and I found out when I showed up. What was I supposed to do?

The customer service was excellent and the location was ideal. The only change I would make would be to update the UHaul website with a working contact number. I ran into some issues getting to my appt on time (flat tire), and tried to call to alert them, but the number listed was disconnected. They were incredibly generous when I finally arrived and pushed the time for me. Very nice people at Chilly Mart.

No one was at the center to return the vehicle. I was told not to fuel up the vehicle, and I would not be charged. I notice I was charged $9.50, for gas. I need my refund of that amount back on my card immediately! the young lady was new and had no idea what was going on. She heard him say to me not to worry I will be charged only for mileage.

The experience began with a text for my license information only 15 miniatures before the rental. Once in the location the tablet use was incredibly slow. We then found out that the furniture dolly we ordered was not available. This mean a trip to home depot to buy one. The cab of the truck was dirty. The whole deal with renting trucks with half full tanks and then requiring customers to estimate how many gallons they hve used is a scam. Please rent the trucks with a full tank.

Very old vehicle over 135k miles. Location not friendly either. Took a long time to checkout the vehicle, shop owner was busy helping others and kept us waiting.

The problems i faced: 1) Mobile app was asking Tax ID, and not letting me check in 2) The location manager has no clue how to checkin l, he was asking help through a video call 3) When i returned the vehicle, location manager should immediately update my account as the vehicle is returned but it was done one hour later and i had to again come back and remind them. Next time i will do the return my self, i should have seen the video of how to return

The service was very very bad. We had to wait almost an hour to get the truck even though I had checked in online. The staff was very inefficient in solving the problem. I had a bad experience. Did not get a dolly which also I had booked. The manager tried giving up extra time and a discount to make up for it but we had wanted a lot if time already. Would never go back to this location

I selected the location on Beltline Rd, but when I woke up to get the truck there was a new location updated. It sent me way out of the way where I needed to go. I wanted to dollies and they only had 1 dolly.

Turned in truck at 9 am and checked it out at 7 am and was charged double for the uhaul don’t go here because that was unreal

Even though I checked in early, I still had to wait almost an hour because there was only one clerk and he didn't have the reservation prepared. The van was extremely dirty. The floor was covered in debris and a sticky fluid. There were empty containers inside. Also the clerk told me the washer fluid was low but that I could fill it if I wanted to. I've also noticed the receipt given from Uhaul is less then what was charged on my card. The clerk also appeared to save a copy of my license on a different app then the Uhaul app on the device.

U Hal is for moving but in this location No dolly and other tools. Only a truck is available. Please maintain the tools for moving to relate.

I drove a van last week, this van was filthy and in disrepair, yet the pictures on file made the vehicle look brand new. I rented a van again and it was the same van i had rented a week and a half ago, i could tell because the same trash was still there. Not to mention none of the vans mechanical issues had been looked at at all. Low windshield wiper fluid, check engine light, low tire pressure, the hand brakes weren't working and neither was the cruise control. Staff was nice at the store however.

When I arrived to pick up the U-Haul van, Chilly Mart could not find my reservation, then they could not find the keys to the van, then they did not have a furniture dolly. While I was trying to get the van, the clerk at the counter still had to cashier for all of the customers buying products in the store, which were many. It took a long time and was very unorganized. I do not recommend.

I’m pissed. I returned my uhaul on time. The guys at the counter asked if I refilled the tank. I said no because I was tired and would pay the fee. They advised me that it would be expensive for them to refill it and said that I should do it myself. I asked them if I had time to put gas in the tank and they said yes. Their gas station was out of gas so I put more miles on my tab to go down the street to another gas station. I just received my receipt via email which showed where I was charged $20 for a gas refuel in addition to a second rental fee stating that I returned the rental 40 minutes late (which was not true). Will not be renting from this location again.

The center is not run professionally. The phone numbers on records do not work and do not get attended. The check out was completely incorrect (U-Haul cust srvc called me to have properly checked out). The Gas tank level was incorrect. I had to fill up lot more gas than what I could have used for 57 miles. Raises doubt about Professionalism of UHAL itself.

The truck was dirty and the attendant didn't know how to rent it out. She called the owner six times to try to figure out how to fill out the software. It took over a half an hour to get the keys. Not impressed.

So much happened…but first (per uhaul) the location did not answer phone so we couldn’t set up self pickup (contactless). Then once at location they had trouble completing pickup bcus of their computer system. Van was dirty (used water bottles) broken window etc. Staff was also uninformed and slow in getting things taken care of

It took almost an hour to process and receive the truck. I eventually just processed myself online. There was no dolley available and the location could not remove it from my reservation. So, I paid for it anyway so I could get the truck and leave. I dropped off the truck after hours but before midnight same day. My receipt showed it was not put into the system as returned until almost 3pm the next day. Thus, I was charged for 2 day's rental. I visited the location to get the 2nd day removed. I was told by a very friendly young lady that she would talk to the manager and get the charges reversed. Today, I checked my credit card and the 2nd day was not removed. Last time I will rent from a 3rd party, non-uhaul location.

I had ordered two furniture dollys and a regular dolly and some furniture pads and they didn’t come with the truck I rented. Contacted uhaul and was advised that they were going to call us back in 3-5 business days. I was in really need of those dollys and didn’t come and was a bit of an inconvenience.
