Initially I had trouble getting the app to work while checking in. When trying to start the pickup process, the app just kept bring me back to the home page. Seemed intuitive but the software wasn’t working. Finally called your main number and someone walked me through it. I bet I’m not the only one who has experienced this. Aside from that, everything went great.

Karen ZThis was a drop-off after hours. Once I took all the pictures through the uhaul app I was able to just drop the truck key in the key drop-off box so I can't say about clean and inviting or personnel helpfulness. I highly recommend uhaul in the future!!!
Lori FCharge for gas when I return the vehicle with the same amount actually they were more miles on the dash to empty then when I rented the vehicle so I actually returned it with a few gallons more but yet they charge me for 3 gallons. The place was absolutely look like a junkyard where I return the vehicle too. I would never recommend this business, nor U-Haul to anyone I would gladly tell everyone I know never ever use U-Haul.

ALFRED LAC did not work for most of the trip through the desert. And the staff were not in office at appointed hour at all.
William DUhaul smelt do badly inside. Cat urine. Clearly wasn’t cleaned prior to getting it. The auto place I picked it up from was a very old and not well maintained place. Nice woman and her kid-just overall poor condition

Richard GTerrible service. On the first vehicle, there was no gas (on E) and someone living in the back of the uhaul with the scent of smoke. I was able to switch it out for a larger uhaul, that the check engine light was on. Extremely unprofessional, dirty site.
Michelle Ggas tank on empty, when app wouldn't work for confirmation, got sent to 4 different people, the last of which was rude. no one at a physical location and the person that was there didn't work with uhaul yet he was the most helpful. will never do mobile pick up again.

Linda SChevelle & her father were awesome help when I arrived to drop off the trailer. I had called the day before to ask if I could drop it off in Klamath falls because I had a sick child but they worked with me & gave me an extra day at no extra charge so that I could take it to them in Medford. That was a great help & very nice & accommodating of them. A couple days later I got a notice that I owed U-Haul for a late return & I was upset because the extra day was given to me at no extra charge plus I was supposed to get $50 back upon return of the trailer because of the issue with my rental not being available in the first place & I had opted for the rental guarantee option & I hadn’t received that yet. So I sent a message to U-Haul on the bill they sent, there is an option if you are in disagreement of the charges. And a few days later George Logan, the Area Field Manager in Medford called me up & apologized for the bill & fixed it & also refunded my $50. I was very surprised to get a personal call like that & very impressed with U-Haul & Mr. Logan. I would definitely use their services again & recommend them to anyone who is in need of a trailer for moving. Great job U-Haul for having so many awesome employees from Santa Ana, CA all the way to Medford, OR.

Craig ZThe truck was filthy. Windshield was so dirty we had to wash it 3 times before we could really drive it. There was garbage in the cab and there was left behind drug paraphernalia in the back of the truck. I will not rent Uhaul again

Zak MWe picked up a truck that was filthy on the inside and (we found out later) was missing the catalytic converter. Not having any experience with what a 20' truck would sound like, drove it to get gas and after filling the tank (this location claims it was 1/2 full but was well below the 1/2 mark) the check engine light went on and we decided we could not drive 5 hours with how very loud it was and with the check engine light on. After calling the pick-up location only 30 minutes later we were told the woman who was in charge of renting the U-Haul trucks was gone for the day (it was during normal business hours on a Friday) and that no one else could help us. We left an urgent message for her that was never returned. Ended up calling corporate U-Haul and they were great. I would NEVER recommend this location.

Patrick NThe drivers' seat was broken so it could not be moved back which made it difficult to drive all crunched up. The green 'thing' that held the dolly in place, which we did not need, was broken. We were not charged for it. The customer service person, Chevelle, was very nice, efficient, and helpful.

Andrew CVery easy pickup and drop off and the lady in the office was very nice. I have rented at the larger UHaul facility, which was fine, but it was great not to wait in line and get in and out of there in 5 minutes and the location was very convenient for me.
Jeanne FI got caught in a 20 mile washout on interstate 5 and was 6 hours late for my return date. I was charged 99 dollars and told verbatim by a customer service rep at the Beaverton location "Well what do you want me to do about it?". Absurd. Will be hiring movers next time.

Until I went to this location I hated getting a uhaul , your big one in north Medford is the worst experience ever I will never go back to that site ! Give this lady more funding she definitely knows how to have the best uhaul service she’s wonderful

Leanne KNo personnel at premises to unhitch rental as was promised by proprietor when I called the day before drop off. Fortunately a non-employee, mechanic, at location offered to assist in unhitching.
MARTIN IHoly smokes, the online check-in procedure on my smart phone was beyond arduous. I didn't understand that there would not be someone there to help. I found myself standing in a blazing hot parking lot for something like 20+ minutes trying to enter all the information. Why not just say up front that I would have been on my own, I could have prepared for it. Truck rental was fine otherwise.

Aaron EThey way over charged me for gas. I forgot to fill up so I get there is a $30 service charge but they also charged me $4.20 a gallon when the gas in this city is around $3.50. With a 35 gallon tank (who knows if that's even how much they filled up) that $0.70 difference comes out to almost $25 which is practically another service fee. Not only did I get over charged but the service was awful as well. I am not happy with my experience at all.

Jarra BTruck windows were filthy. A/C and cruise control did not work. Called them to report this and was told to "find a UHaul location to have A/C compressor charged". UHaul website is AWEFUL.
