Mikayla PThe early hours check in procedure was terrible. It is easier to rent a car at an airport than from U Haul. The truck smelled like smoke (someone had been smoking in the cab) and the place opened up 20 mins late (we had to wait for the guy to show because the U Haul app did not work). U Haul needs to make this right and offer me a large rebate.
Joseph WFound couple different AIR TAGS on the truck, which is consider ILLEGAL to track my location with an external device other than GPS that truck may have.
Georges NWell let’s start with I did my rental reserve on-line so this was my first time using this U-haul. This place was higher then a regular U-haul place and I ordered a Dolly for $7 but when I get there they do not have dolly so I had to uses something else that was $12 and when I ask if I could get it for the same price he said NO.Was not a Happy Customer
Jamaica WOnsite uhual manager was excellent & the service was great but the truck was dirty both inside the cabin & in the back of the truck. Broken glass in the back of the truck that I stepped on & had to clean up. Luckily no one was injured.

aqeel aIt said online that I could move a 3 bedroom home with a 20 foot truck. My 3 bedroom home was only 1360 sq feet, so it was a small one. Also, one room was a nursery so everything was small in that room and there were only a few things. I was unable to bring so many things. The movers did a great job making as much room as they could, but I ended up having to pay $300 for junk removal to come and threw away about $2000 worth of things because we have to leave the home that day. I am upset at the recommendation size because again my home was small. I also packed two cars to the brim on top of the uhaul and still did not have enough room.

pamela nIt was Saturday and they were closed until Monday so we didn’t talk to anyone. Maybe instructions on where to park and drop off keys etc being that there was no one there. We figured it out so it was an okay experience.
Alan TThe location was closed but it is located on the corner of what seemed to be a very busy intersection, I know you can't simply relocate the site but it doesn't have much parking space for drop-offs.

Sarah SI had requested a different location because they were open later, but was somehow reassigned to Charlotte Auto Inspections at the last moment. Tony was fantastic helping me out when my plane was delayed and my taxi got stuck in traffic.

Brian hThe blankets left on the vehicle were wet with a foul odor. They were all thrown into a bag. The two utility carts I reserved and paid for, were not on the truck. The inside of the truck was dirty with water bottles behind the seat and ashes all on the consoles. The truck needed some mechanical work done to it; due to the stalling and jerking it did on my trip. I was very disappointed with my rental.

Kristen CMy poor experience started when I arrived and the sign said open but nobody was there. I called the number on the door and the person verified that they were open but I waited 15 minutes for someone to pull up. Then once the man let us in the office I noticed how junkie and scorching hot it was, I was beyond ready to leave. After I booked the truck , I went out to it and noticed how dirty it was. The truck had trash under the seat and sticky stuff all in the cup holder. The truck was so raggedy that it sounded as if it was going to break down at any giving moment. I definitely will not be returning.

boyce aU-Haul switched my pick up location to here at the last minute. Because of the switch, I did not get the hand truck or furniture blankets I had reserved with my truck, so I had to make extra trips to other locations on moving day to get what I had reserved. Annoying. Not good service by U-Haul.

Sharay TLocation was filthy and unorganized. The truck smelled so bad of marijuana, I thought I was going to get high just driving it. Inside the cab had trash, drink stains & general filth everywhere.

Robin SWe got interrogated for more than 45 minutes and we never rented a UHAUL before. I felt discriminated by this, wishing y’all could get resolved soon for the future. Also I didn’t get enough time for my equipment when I needed it more time, I felt pressured by the time stance that they told us they needed it back.
