the hood was unhooked and it took several miles on the interstate to notice. I liked it better when you picked up the gas tank full and returned it that way.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life when I got to the location they said that they were closed I thought I had a reservation set up for this location they blamed it on the manager being sick and had to go to the hospital if that’s the case they should have had a replacement person to run the Business then once I got here was able to finally get a truck I also ordered a tool to carry one of my cars they wanted me to put the tool on myself which I was not experienced never ever experienced anybody telling me to take that risk to hurt others on the road after that I get the U-Haul and once I decided to turn it in a day early because I didn’t need it the lady that runs the U-Haul place in Pakistan refuse to answer her phone do you have company in Louisville told me that I should’ve never been charged a deposit and that he could not refund me for the towing equipment He stated that they should’ve taken it off of my order in Arkansas this is the worst experience I have ever had they have over $200 of my money and they’re not yet returned it

I was given an few extra days with the equipment cause of all the delays and the fact that they didn’t have all the equipment I needed. But it was a real let down when I went to drop off the uhaul cause I was charged for the extra day even though they said multiple was given to me. And for that I lost my cash deposit and still had to pay extra. The whole experience was so bad, I’d recommend someone else. Sorry Uhaul but you’ve lost my business.

If they were actually open the process would have been significantly simpler. However, the website said they were even when they weren’t. It lead to quite a few hurdles and make the process extremely frustrating. I also never received a confirmation call the day before.

I had to drive almost an hour out of my way to get a truck I requested. Even though I put in for the truck weeks in advance to make sure I had one where I needed it. Then the day before I was to pick it up I was called saying there were none and if I wanted the truck I woild have to drive the hour to get it. And that there was no way to get it brought to me. If someone sets fpr a truck in advance it should be there when they scheduled it.

My reservation was for Monday, July 9th at 5:00 pm. Went to pick up my UHaul and place is not open on Monday at all. How would the Olathe office not know the Newport office is not even open on Monday? It doesn't even open until 11:00 am Tuesday thru Saturday. Not even an hour into my 6.5 hour trip the air conditioning stopped working in the truck. Do not plan to use UHaul ever again.

When I went to return the equipment the place was closed but I didn't know that it was actually closed because there was a gentleman and a lady there parking other uhauls and unhitching uhaul trailers. The gentlemen also unhitched the uhaul trailer from my truck stating that the uhaul dealer in Newport, Arkansas would not be opened until Monday, June 18 and that he would check the uhaul in for me and I could come in on Monday to get my deposit back from the uhaul. The following morning, (which was just a few minutes ago) I contacted the customer service representatives and was told that she would check the trailer in for me and my deposit would be in the mail by Tuesday coming from Arizona. The representative was very nice as well. I appreciate her but I have not spoken to anyone from the uhaul rental facility in Newport, Arkansas. When I rented the trailer I was unaware that the drop off in Newport, Arkansas would not be opened again until after June 24 but the date of my rental was June 14. Had I not called customer service would I have been charged late fees for a trailer I only rented for a few hours? I am not very pleased with this situation but the Arizona rep that I spoke to did reassure me that she checked the trailer in and I would be receiving my deposit in the mail.

This "No cash agent" was a surprise to me. Did not know anything about that. Picture my surprise and disappointment when I had to leave there W/O my deposit. I certainly did not like that! AND if you do not understand this, then the heck with you.
