je suis francophone et j'ai toujours reçu vos courriels en anglais dont la présente page que j'ai du traduire avec google pour y répondre. je pense que les courriels et messages textes sur mon iPhone devraient être en français ou du moins dans les deux langues`

Xuan Hung L.The uhaul clerk didn't go around the truck with me and we didn't agree on the amount of fuel. The truck was delivered to me with a 1/4 tank. After my usage, I filled up the truck and drop it at the Uhaul location with 3/8 of the fuel tank. I was charged 33$ for fuel charges which I don't understand.

Stéphane G.The clerk refused to adjust the mileage when we returned the truck as he "had no time", which was not true. I guess he saw I was not happy because he ended up doing it 1h later. The final price should be settled before the customer leaves. also, the clerk was not wearing a mask at any time, which was against the Quebec regulations and made me uncomfortable.

clude D.The trailer had two different types of tires. One was new replacing I guess the 'bad' tire. The other tire had very bad wear and should have been replaced before we took it. I mentioned this and was told they couldn't do anything about it. We had to add air to the tire multiple times on the trip as it kept loosing air. Was quite worried it was going to blow on the drive.

ARNAUD D.Emplacement a été changé à la dernière minute, le commis ne savait même pas qu'il avaient une réservation donc on s'est retrouvés avec un truck sal, vide en essence et avec des "wipers" brisés, je n'ai également pas eu accès au matériel que j'avais demandé. Horrible expérience!

NORMAND H.I have reserved the truck to pick it up at Montreal Centre ville. The night before I received an email telling me that I needed to pickup the truck in another place which was very far from my place by the way. Besides that the this places did not have de dollies I have rented and I was told to go to another uhaul point of service to take these dollies. I had a big move to do and a tiring trip to Kitchener, This change and problems caused me and my family a lot of stress. This caused us very late loading start. In the end we headed to Kitchener 6PM. I had to drive through the night until Kingston to get some rest. We did not plan to have all this issues which could cause us a very serious problem like a road accident. I'm very disappointed with uhaul services.
Fabricio P.I was guaranteed an 8:00am pickup. When I got to the location I called the support number and they told me I had to wait till 9:00am. I was told they would credit me $50 for the fact that they missed the guaranteed pickup time. I still haven't received my refund. I was also charged a $25 cleaning fee for three blankets which were not folded, even though I told the guy working at the counter that I didn't fold the blankets, he told me it was fine. On top of that I was charged $11 for gas when I returned it exactly as it was and I have the pictures to prove them. I have a file opened with head office and I was supposed to hear from them within three business days. Now four business days later and no refund and no one contacted me. Definitely will not recommend to anyone, horrible service.

jacques D.I have to clean the equipment from the snow myself and I request not to pay for the coverage but the guy charge me and I was not able to contact the store and I still need the refund for the 10$
gildas N.Make your website work! I have to call to make à réservation and lost one hour there because the réservation was wrong
Richard M.The person I spoke with seemed a little surprised I was returning my trailer there. He said : "They told you to drop it off here?!?". But then he checked on his phone and helped me unhitch the trailer and helped conclude the transaction without any problem. I took a bit longer than I anticipated, but overall, we got it done.
