The app is very glitchy..... Most of the time it does not have the best deal That other companies offer.

The last support rep i spoke with at the call center in Springfield MO had absolutely terrible customer service. Even tho the people at center creek storage were great local people, I hope to never speak to that woman at the call center ever again,I would like follow up on that

LISA KThis wasn't the location I originally reserved at, I received a phone call two days beforehand after I was already in route on my trip, that the reservation software was " in accurate " and it was my responsibility to go chase the trailer down. U-Haul offered a zero apologies or reimbursement for my inconvenience. The locations and the people at them are great. the online reservation system, and the service from them, is lousy.
JOSEPH PThey should have double checked the back of the truck - there were not any blankets in the back, and I had ordered 36. The representative had given me her phone number because they were closed the day of the pickup. I called and she sent me to Maple Leaf Storage on Fir Road and a really helpful young lady found 12 pads they had. This made everything come out great. Your online pickup program needs some work, program didn't let me upload the picture of the empty truck.
Paul BTJ he brakes on the truck would drag after use. I thought the emergency brake was set and checked it several times. Please check them before someone gets hurt.

Mr SThere was an issue. The lady at the facility was really nice and really did a wonderful job but the issue was she didn't get the trail hitch on correctly. The trailer actually came off about a mile down the road. Luckily there wasn't any damage and I was only going 10 mph when it happened. I fixed the issue and reset the trailer on the hitch correctly and all was well.
Jason HThe back of the truck was dirty and full of dirt and mud. I borrowed a broom from the rental facility to sweep out the truck before loading my household goods. I was also charged $20 extra for after hour charges. The facility closed early on the Saturday I rented the truck. Not sure why I was charged after hour fees when the facility closes at 11 am.
Chue LShe helped me after hours and found me a trailer after looking all over, only one to be had in Springfield on my way to St. Louis and she reserved it for me and set it all up with the rental all after hours mins you. When dropping off the location the computer gave me to drop it off was bogus and my time was close to being late as it was after trying to find the drop off. Contacted her and she said bring it out to her, which is across town and out off the hi-way, I was driving like a scaled dog to try to make it and she told me not to worry and slow down she would make sure it was taken care of on her computer so I wouldn't get a late fee. You cannot beat customer service like that. Thank you again for the customer service and super friendly personality. I will do all my business with you guys if I need to rent again for sure. Leonard BI originally had reservations for sarcoxie pick up online, a online representative sent me to 114 w 3rd Carthage(which was ONLY a store front location.), in turn a wild goose chase. If it weren't for 3793 s garrison location helping me i would've not gotten a truck. I will NEVER deal with U-Haul again unless it's at 3793 s garrison location. She's a plus 100 !!!!
