The truck was garbage smelled like EXTREME BODY ODER in the cab. The box smelled like rotten meat/food like someone used it as a trash truck. And the passenger side door didn't open at all.Dwayne L.
I was overcharged by furniture blankets and mileage. I should have been given six blankets. I was given not one, I was charged for all six. I put 31 miles on the rental. I was charged 50 miles at $1.19 per mile. I tried to show my pictures of the beginning and ending mileages, they didn't even care. The customer service was rude and very unprofessional. When I said I would dispute the bill, the store employee said go dispute. And had no more acknowledgment with me. This is a sorry excuse for a rental pick up place. Corner of HWY 301 & Causeway blvd. super rude attendant, treated me badly and was extremely ignorant with me. i would honestly take uhall out of that place because we all know how uhall is a respectable company. i will never use the uhall in that place again and i will tell everyone i know to do the same.Romerito C.

Due to having USAA coverage we never opt for the insurance (14.00). Today we used a 10ft truck for a whole 6 miles and was charged a refueling fee and they optioned us into the insurance even though we selected no! I'm fine with paying for services but not straight up taking advantage of!Michael K.

I used after hours drop off and while the location was convenient, there were few places to park the vehicles and no signage. When I went in to turn in the keys, the person said I couldn't drop the vehicle there. He tried to call his boss who he couldn't reach, he did eventually agree to accept the keys. It didn't give me a secure feeling, there was no drop box, no receipt, just a person behind the counter who at first said we couldn't drop off.Bobbi H.

I was charged for an extra day for being 15 minutes late! I picked up the vehicle 10 minutes late. I find this unacceptable! I have rented from your company on many occasions in the past but that has ended as of this rental. I guess the conversation the owner was having with an person was more important then taking care of me!Leo R.

If I didn't take pictures of the gas gauge and mileage before use then I would have been charged extra due to the incorrect information of the contract. Manager was very nice and handled the situation but I know for next time to double check contract so there isn't any problems for next time. Other than that, service was goodTIANNA B.

I truly had an excellent experience, the lady who was working in that location(Suzan) she welcomed me with a sincere smile and checked me in quickly and explained the charges. Also the truck was clean. I will defiantly recommend this location. Gracias.EDWARD M.

Have been to this location before and had a great experience came in on a Friday to rent a truck and there customer service rep did not know how to do it so we ended up not running a truck and list missed out on an ideal situation. Came back on Sunday rented the truck was told to return it by 11 went to return the truck by 11 again the representative did not know how to take the truck in and argue with me about returning the truck. I would not recommend that U-Haul for anyone or to anyone.Craig S.

Website and app are horrible, wasn't able to do check in on app at all (but it worked for return of truck) and tried to use website, got to the part where you approve pictures of the truck and the website froze up and wouldn't go any further. Tried to call U-Haul- there was 28 min wait for a representative. Since I already had the keys to the truck I just took it and left without completing check in as my reservation was only for 2 hrs. Please fix your app and website.Helena A.

U Haul didn't have my truck at location I had ask had to drive 11miles out of way to get. The store didn't give me the time of day to pick up truck. Had to wait over 45 minutes to get it.RONALD W.
I reserved a U-Haul truck for 10:45 PM and drove 20 minutes to the location where the truck was at to be told they could not give me the truck until the next day. But they took the money out that night. Being unable to get the truck that night significantly altered my moving plans. The staff the next day were really nice, the truck was clean, and I finally made my move. If renting a U-Haul from this location don't reserve anything after 9:00 PM because the system will be down.Tejon W.

My reservation clearly stated 114 they tried to charge 236 to rent the truck. I told them no that was not my agreement then they said it was 100 deposit and again I told them no. I did a one way rental from Daytona to Riverview. Paperwork says to call when arriving for drop off. I called and was rudely told to come inside and hung up on. Get back inside he tells me to get a picture of mileage and gas. I get the picture and show him, he asks did i just take the picture, which I reply yes. My paperwork is on the counter. He asked where i rented from, i said Daytona. He asks what size truck, i say 10'. He says i need to take it back to Daytona. I said per my paperwork, i paid for a one way rental and the return location is your store. He didn't even bother looking but just said ok this time. He was rude and had he looked up my information he would have known that. I'll never rent or return anything to this location.Vonshay W.

I requested 1/2 Dozen Furniture Pads: $5.00 but there were 3 house blankets in truck. Truck was dirty and not full on gas. I took pictures of the scratches on truck but could not get the web site to load scratches prior to rental. U-Haul employee (gas station) didn't seem interested in my comments. Truck run great, easy to drive. (I was in a hurry and should have taken more time in check-out but this was the only truck available.) I moved 4 pieces of bedroom furniture in 15' truck.Ronald B.
