STEPHEN W15' truck is not actually 15' in usable space. I'm extremely displeased to have had to have found this out while loading, and it made my day much harder. The folks at the pickup location were great, everything they did was fine, but UHaul in general I am very disappointed in.

I tried to do the 24/7 pick up on Sunday when the location was closed and it totally failed, I would NEVER recommend any using UHaul with that app. Only by chance the owner, Mike dropped in on Sunday afternoon and did the paperwork. Mike and location are great - your app is a piece of shit.

Nicholas HMike was great and the overall customer service perfect. The only thing to improve would be to have up to date photos of the vehicles. When I was checking in on line the photos of the truck was of a new truck. I needed to upload photos of the damage of the vehicle that existed before I picked up
