The agent wouldn't let me stay to check in the truck said I would get an email and if there were any changes he would call me. Well he charged me for more gas when I gased it up to past the 3/4 mark which is more than the truck when I picked up the truck. Very disappointed in being charged $17.12 for more gas when that was a little more than when I picked it up. The agent said he had no notice from Uhaul about the truck coming in at all. He wasn't very pleasant and seemed he was inconvenienced about that so he called Uhaul to get the info he needed to check in the truck. So because he wouldn't check me in while I was present I had no choice but to leave. But when I got the email it made me very dissatisfied with the service I got from Uhaul. Your after hours drop off via internet is a joke. I could not access my account to reset my password then enter code, it required two computers. Not everyone is tech savvy. There needs to be another option, ie, traditional paperwork as well. Apparently I have been charged double for the service because of this glitch, even though I called the site and the company to ket them know truck was returned. I want my bill adjusted to reflect the charges I was quoted. This is by. Very disappointed ðŸ˜ž. The actual girl who checked me in was very nice, it is your after hours return process that is poor. Uhaul transmission went out while on I-5 during rush hour. Had to return truck without finishing move but after hours at storage facility. Uhaul refused to refund any rental charges AND CHARGED ME FOR THE GAS I COULDN'T REFUEL BECAUSE TRANSMISSION WAS OUT! Incredible-NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL!!TERESA B.
Check in was fast and easy, trucked looked clean and ready at quick walk around. As I pulled out on the road there was a huge crash in the back when we got home we found the appliance dolly was not attached and fell. We also found dirty used face Masks in the doors so clearly the truck had not actually been cleaned!!! With short back to back renting windows that is really putting people at risk during Covid when your website claims to clean trucks between use.GRETCHEN F.

The online return process has far to many steps in the process. Rather than submitting 10 pictures give an outline of what you want and need to see and have the customer take a 30 second video. I read on the website that UHUAL trucks came equipped with tow hitch and tow ball . The truck did not have either. I had to go buy it from home depotJohn T.
I reserved a 15 foot truck and was told that North Bend rented it out the day before so my only option was a 10 foot truck. Not enough space for what I had to move. To add insult to injury they had the tank at 1/8 with the gas light on. They said they would credit me $23, but when I dropped the truck off the following day there was so note of my credit. Also, because I did not receive the truck I reserved, I had to make an extra trip costing me an extra $50. It's absolutely unacceptable to rent out a truck that I already reserved to someone else and then charge me more because of their lack of ethics. I will never use a Uhaul again, and don't worry I will tell everyone how horrible your business model is.Miguel A.

The attendant was rude. The cab had mud all over the floor mats. Had a 4 hour rental didn't get it off the lot until 30minutes had passed. It was actually more like a 3 1/2 hour rental.Charles W.

Extremely rude receptionist. No courtesy of "Hello- how can I help you?" or "Thank you" after the transaction. When I entered the office - she asked me rudely to close the door behind "as there was cooling in the office". Did not answer basic questions on daily rate and insurance coverage. I rented a 19.99 truck I started the truck moved it 15 feet shut it off. Loaded my unit started it backed up 20ft turned right drive maybe 30 ft turned left drove 15 20ft shut it of unloaded it backed up and parked it maybe ran less than a minute and they charged me for 1.5 gallons of fuel. Truck needs brake job. I almost had an accident when the truck would not stop and pulled to the side. Customer service, however, is outstanding, with me renting a storage unit that is clean, well lit, and convenient. I recommend the storage, not the rental truck.Terry L.

Let's be honest, $19.95 a day isn't accurate, and it's misleading. It's not possible to get it for that price. So I would call it 'not honest'.Bruce S.
This location is not equipped for 24/7 pickup! The front desk employee explained to us that if she had not been there/if it had not been staffed hours (which I'm surprised there was someone there because it was Labor Day), we would have had NO option to pick up the truck. They do not have the box where keys can be picked up-- only a box for keys to be dropped up. My app also did not give me a "pick up" option ever. You need to remove this site from your 24/7 option immediately-- this could have been a very bad situation.Harold W.

Told u-haul rep about the truck I wanted along with the insurance I needed. The rep was quick to fulfill all the requests. Everything went fairly smooth. I even got a free box cutter. Quick and smooth without problems.Anthony S.
I had a fiasco with renting and am still working with uhaul to get it made right- first location didn't open when advertised (was still not open 2 hours later), went to this location to get a truck, was told they didn't have any. Called â€œtrafficâ€ who said they did, however location did not answer phones or have anyone in office when We tried contacting them. Finally, 1.5 hours after initial contact (2 hours after scheduled pick up time) they returned to office and found me a truck. Truck was smaller than my reservation causing me to have to do two loads, doubling my mileage charge. This was particularly frustrated as I was paying two men to do nothing during the entire ordeal.Catherine F.
When we reserved the truck online we requested 24 hour pick up and to pick up truck at 9:00. But when truck was confirmed we were not informed the location was not a 24 location and told to pick it up at 10:00am. When we called the location we were informed the truck was not going to be available until 11:00am. So even though I paid to have the truck at 9:00am and confirmation said 10:00am we were not able to pick up the truck until 11:00 which delayed our move. Seemed to be lack of coordination between Uhaul and the Storage facility.Austin W.

The attendant was not at the location for pickup and put is back on our schedule for loading. Many dings on truck on which we had attendent take pics of. The size of the bed was smaller due to loft overhead, the blankets and handtruck took up cubic feet, no gas in truck and check engine light came on and we had to park truck before our destination. Attendant at drop off said that truck should only be a local truck and not for long distant. Not a good experience with Uhaul.Sergei B.

Truck was dirty and smelled strongly of cigarette or cigar smoke and driving it was very unpleasant. Mileage rate is excessive compared to Home Depot truck. Paid nearly 80.00 plus 14.00 in fuel to simply pick up a few large Home Depot items. Home depot truck is half the price. Staff was friendly, but this is too expensive to use.Michael H.

I appreciate helpful and prompt service. I appreciate that recieving manager did not punish me for truck's rear being covered in sediment. We were moving from Sammamish to North Bend and there would be no way for us to soil that truck like that. I will definitely recommend the North Bend location.Boris H.

I have rented from U-Haul a number of times and the service has been fair at best! I have always felt most of your employees do just enough to keep their jobs!
