Fill the DAM tank mor than a 1/4 of a tank. And if you don’t have the equipment requested tell the LENDER. No dolly or furniture cart.

That truck was near end of life 190040 miles on it. 13 gallons of gas to go 68 miles. This is not caver creek fault .

Tim LThe after-hours pick-up process was frustrating. I got to the location on time but it took over 30 minutes to get the app to work properly and also needed a reference called to confirm my identity. The first time the call went through, nobody was on the other end so I had to use a different contact the second time, not allowed to use the same phone number and contact name twice. The truck I picked up had a quarter tank of gas. I filled it up and ended up making only two trips for my move with a total of about 99 miles driven. So the tank ended up with 3/4 leftover. I returned the truck a day early and with a half tank more than I received it but wasn't given credit for the extra gas.

philip cThe process was simple and smooth until the return. There were many unexpected steps involved in returning the vehicle that were complicated on an older phone. Also there was no one at the drop off location despite the hours indicating that it would be open and therefore no one was available for assistance in the return process.
SARAH KChanged my location last minute to an hour away from me and offered no discount for the extra gas and time I had to spend to get there.
