The way you take deposits is ridiculous you took an initial $76 then when when I returned the truck took another 147 then 2 days later you took the actual payment leaving the whole other balance in limbo until it get released back to my account your claims of a cheap rental are fraudulent you have to have double the amount available to keep your bank account safe this is not a good business strategy I will not be using uhaul in the future because of this

I was sent to 3 different locations even though I booked 3 weeks ahead of time. Each location either had a truck and no trailer, or a trailer and no truck!!! Totally unacceptable!!! What's the point of having a reservation if it's not upheld???? Never again will I get a U Haul.

we were charged more than what was estimated we understand the millage and everything we barely used any gas and still filled it up till it clicked and was overcharged almost 20 bucks more then what should have been charged. the vehicle was clean we used it for under 3 hours to transfer two small couches. the gentleman was pleasant and friendly but unfortunately we were unhappy with the overcharge. it looms like we were charged extra for either miles or gas but we were under 23 miles total. we kept track and when he asked us to fill up we did so which it only needed just under a gallon because we didn't use much at all. so very dissatisfied with the overcharge on using the vehicle and felt like we got scammed for more money then what we used.

the first truck i got was broke took it back to receive a refund. i was then told i couldn't have my money back but i could use another truck so in which i did. i returned the truck the next day to find out that the clerk didn't sign the truck out properly and i was technically in a stolen vehicle all night i could've been locked up and had my boat taken all because of a clerk who didnt want todo his job. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE YOU WILL GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR SHIT YOU DID NOT WANT AND THEY WILL TRY TO HIT YOU WITH HIDDEN FEES. Very poor customer service

The cashier had a rude attitude during the return process. He wasn't willing to help with anything being that I started the process on my phone. I rent Uhaul weekly and have never seen such. Maybe it was more so about the $20 fee that they did not make since I did it on my own. This might explain why they were the only location in the area with available inventory. The morning check out person was friendly.

The location was awesome but the online agent allegedly did everything she could do to prevent me from getting me to get the rental Protocol or not calling my wife and mother for verification is both embarrassing and had me late to my job.

It took a long time to pick up my rental almost 30 minutes and the clerk didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about the process or informative also I rented a truck and trailer together but it came with no tow hitch I had to go buy a $50 tow hitch for 1 use adding alot to the cost of the service for me

I should be given a receipt with a breakdown of what I was paying for I put like 60 miles on the vehicle they charged me $190 for 2 days and I feel that if it's $40 for the rentals two days they also charge me $100 key fob deposit and I don't see anything that shows that they've given me that back I am a little upset about not seeing a physical receipt on paper with all the breakdown like I said for the two days I put like 60 miles maybe 62 okay and that was it I didn't even drive the vehicle the second day until I brought it back when my wife got off of work you know I have a vehicle that in the garage I was going to run again but I don't feel very comfortable makes me feel like I've been scammed

Upon returning the cargo trailer after 8 hours of driving the owner informed us that he couldn't help us. My daughter had to unhitch the cargo trailer and then she and I had to push it back in place. A very frustrating experience. He was helping other customers but refused to help us! Would not recommend this place.

There was a trailer hooked to the truck and had to be taken off. We had to take it off ourselves. The dolly and blankets I ordered were not available. The location was not helpful and didn't want to get involved. He told us to contact customer service and key was not in lock box. It was inside and app didn't work. It took us 30 minutes to pickup up via internet google. I was very disappointed with the whole process and my guarantee reservation was not honored.

Was overcharged after returning the unit on time and there wasn't a worker working when I arrived to pick up my rental. The gas station attendant gave me a phone number to send pictures to before I could leave. Shady business practices.

I had to wait for a very long time to get checked in. It took too much time. I would not have made it to Philadelphia in time to pack and travel to get my keys before the manager left for the day; therefore I had to make an extra trip from Baltimore to Philadelphia to make sure that I get the keys. I had already did early check in via internet, but I was still asked for two other people phone numbers. It was a gas station. When I first came in an older man came in from the back to ask me could he help me. It was already another guy working behind the window who could help me. He is the guy who took so long and that asked me for all those phone numbers.

I arrived at this location to drop off the trailer went inside to speak to the manager and I asked where he wanted me to place it, I then asked if I needed to sign anything he said no just drop it and leave. He didn't even ask for my name. About 30 minutes later I didn't feel comfortable so I called customer service and told them I dropped it off just to have some sort of record. She called the drop off location and he still did not check the trailer in a received so she made him. I am extremely mad at uhaul.

Super helpful and nice owner! I needed somewhere to park the truck overnight to not get a ticket or towed. He let me keep it on his property. Plus he removed the tow unit and untied my car. The extra help from the U-Haul family goes a long way with the already low price from moving yourself.

It took me two hours to pick up my vehicle I'll supposed to pick it up at seven I wasn't able to leave until after 830. It was asking for verification I put my dad‘s name in who is a senior and I am a junior and it wouldn't let me except it because it was the same name... and then the location services asked me to find my location but it would not submit so it refused to let me proceed. Do you whole office was supposed to be open at eight, 9 o'clock they were still closed. I was two hours behind on my moving.

Unfortunately the UHaul representative was not present and the "quick stop" station operator tried extremely hard to assist in completing the rental process. He made several online attempts as well as phone calls all of which a last ditch effort an hour and half later to a district manager who was able to successfully guide him to complete the contract. He then willingly left his store to assist me in hooking the trailer to my truck. He was very pleasant.

Not let them rent uhaul trucks it was a joke

This particular location issued inappropriate charges to my Uhaul account. I was charged for refueling of the truck when the truck was returned with the correct amount of fuel. I was also charged a cleaning fee. The truck was returned in the condition to which it was received. The personnel notated on my account that the exterior of the truck was dirty and I was being charged accordingly. A customer should never be charged for the exterior condition of a truck unless it is accident/damage related. I contacted the customer service department of Uhaul and they contacted personnel at the return location immediately. The situation had to be escalated because there was a “language barrier” with the personnel on duty at the time. If I ever rent another Uhaul, I will certainly not be renting or returning the equipment to this location.

It's a gas station and the clerks do not know how the process works. The guy that checks in the trucks and equipment did not have set hours so we had to drop our equipment off in a parking lot at a gas station. This location is not great if you have a trailer attached to the truck, there is not a lot of room to maneuver.
