Robert CLet customers know prior they will hook up equipment by themself with no assistance. Secondly ask the customer if they want insurance instead of automatically adding it to total. Third a copy of receipt would’ve been great.

Mallory SI was sent to 3 different locations even though I booked 3 weeks ahead of time. Each location either had a truck and no trailer, or a trailer and no truck!!! Totally unacceptable!!! What's the point of having a reservation if it's not upheld???? Never again will I get a U Haul.

Cindy Lwe were charged more than what was estimated we understand the millage and everything we barely used any gas and still filled it up till it clicked and was overcharged almost 20 bucks more then what should have been charged. the vehicle was clean we used it for under 3 hours to transfer two small couches. the gentleman was pleasant and friendly but unfortunately we were unhappy with the overcharge. it looms like we were charged extra for either miles or gas but we were under 23 miles total. we kept track and when he asked us to fill up we did so which it only needed just under a gallon because we didn't use much at all. so very dissatisfied with the overcharge on using the vehicle and felt like we got scammed for more money then what we used.
bobbie pthe first truck i got was broke took it back to receive a refund. i was then told i couldn’t have my money back but i could use another truck so in which i did. i returned the truck the next day to find out that the clerk didn’t sign the truck out properly and i was technically in a stolen vehicle all night i could’ve been locked up and had my boat taken all because of a clerk who didnt want todo his job. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE YOU WILL GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR SHIT YOU DID NOT WANT AND THEY WILL TRY TO HIT YOU WITH HIDDEN FEES. Very poor customer service
Joshua HThe cashier had a rude attitude during the return process. He wasn’t willing to help with anything being that I started the process on my phone. I rent Uhaul weekly and have never seen such. Maybe it was more so about the $20 fee that they did not make since I did it on my own. This might explain why they were the only location in the area with available inventory. The morning check out person was friendly.

LATIA HI should be given a receipt with a breakdown of what I was paying for I put like 60 miles on the vehicle they charged me $190 for 2 days and I feel that if it's $40 for the rentals two days they also charge me $100 key fob deposit and I don't see anything that shows that they've given me that back I am a little upset about not seeing a physical receipt on paper with all the breakdown like I said for the two days I put like 60 miles maybe 62 okay and that was it I didn't even drive the vehicle the second day until I brought it back when my wife got off of work you know I have a vehicle that in the garage I was going to run again but I don't feel very comfortable makes me feel like I've been scammed

KEVINA MUpon returning the cargo trailer after 8 hours of driving the owner informed us that he couldn’t help us. My daughter had to unhitch the cargo trailer and then she and I had to push it back in place. A very frustrating experience. He was helping other customers but refused to help us! Would not recommend this place.

Tamara LThere was a trailer hooked to the truck and had to be taken off. We had to take it off ourselves. The dolly and blankets I ordered were not available. The location was not helpful and didn't want to get involved. He told us to contact customer service and key was not in lock box. It was inside and app didn't work. It took us 30 minutes to pickup up via internet google. I was very disappointed with the whole process and my guarantee reservation was not honored.

BILLY LWas overcharged after returning the unit on time and there wasn’t a worker working when I arrived to pick up my rental. The gas station attendant gave me a phone number to send pictures to before I could leave. Shady business practices.
