Inside of truck smelled like trash and a machine shop - oil and gasoline. I tried to air it out and went back to the truck four hours later and almost knocked off my feet by the gas smell. Undrivable. Unpackable unless carting trash around.

The only issue I had was an inability to connect to the internet at this location. I had to drive we a block away to complete drop off forms. But everything else, including having someone there at pickup was great

When I came to pick up the rental, I had to wait a half hour even though I was the only customer for a rental and the van was ready, because the worker had to call the boss offsite and wait for a response. When I returned the van, I was told to “just leave the keys“ which I did, and later received an email to check the van out asking for my location. I was already home so I couldn’t do that. I had to call back and make sure I wasn’t overcharged. Later that evening when I got my bill I was overcharged just $10 for the mileage (I took pictures of the odometer before I left and when I returned). I didn’t even bother trying to get the $10 because the whole experience was so aggravating beginning to end.

I dropped the truck off after hours and the app did not work for 20 mins. They need better Internet. Also, there was no U-Haul drop off box for the key as pictured on the app, so i left the keys in their own early bird/night owl drop off box. Which might have been ok except that the box was actually unlocked, so anyone could have retrieved the keys and stolen the truck!! Very very bad.

My experience was hindered by the Uhaul self check in check out application that would not allow me to complete transactions. I followed instructions and turned on my location as advised on website but app still could not locate me. This delayed my check in and check out by 30-45 minutes

Car Salon lies. The contract indicated more gas and less miles that was in the truck. they said they would fix it and did not. I called Uhaul, you can see lots of notes on my file. Uhaul did nothing, I got charged for the extra miles. Telephone wait times are unacceptable.

The owner overcharged me for mileage even though I noted it before driving. Didn’t have time to argue. Also he didn’t put correct gas estimate, in contract it was 1/2 full but in reality it was 3/8. Again didn’t have time to argue but this owner does not have any integrity.

Unorganized. When I arrived they told me I didn’t have a reservation. After a closer look at the reservations, they realized they I overlooked and changed my reservation to accommodate the other booking without my knowledge making it 22 hour rental. I, however, needed all 24 hours and once I realized what they had done, had to call dispatch to make the changes. The van had obviously not been cleaned prior to my pickup and had a putrid odor. I had to bring Lysol spray with me during my trip and once I got home had to take a shower just to get the smell off me/my clothes.

there was no label on the key drop off- i dont even know if i dropped it in the right spot- very ghetto location- my recommendation- do actual diligence on your locations. Car Salon was given to me after a man at my original dropoff location - Gold Coast Mailroom- came out of the store to tell me to go away because they could not handle a 10 foot truck- unacceptable- amateur.

The van was filthy and had garbage in the back. The van wreaked of cigarette smoke. The drop off felt dangerous and I was charged $35 for allegedly being 1.2 gallons of gas under when I returned.

location where I dropped off the truck did not have anyone available to check me in. So I had to drop off the truck and hope they were honest. They refused to give me any kind of receipt or even sign my paperwork that I had returned the truck

Thats fucking bad place im was going to rent a van for one day and he take por 2 days and then he put me insurance when i say no i supose pay $31 dollars plus tax and he take me out $87.36 i dont recomend this place nobody i call today for complaint and he take me out other $58.46 so i spend $146 thats ridiculus ??????????????

I wasn’t happy with the mileage calculated and how the amount was $30 more and mileage calculated over 20 miles more. My fault for not taking note of the mileage beforehand but truck was in good condition. I just wouldn’t use the location again

The truck was filthy dirty, parking brake was broken, windshield from inside was covered with some white spray that wasn't cleaned and it diminished visibility. The staff was not friendly. And on top of everything else my mileage was not correct! I was charged for more miles! I have all the pictures of all the problems. My complaint reference #1650509.

I was charged more than I should have been. I tried email (wrong email was on receipt) and calling and still haven't resolved it. I was charged weekly rate when i picked up on Saturday and returned Sunday. My pickup location was also changed last minute without giving me much option-and no mileage allowance given for extra 30 minutes of driving I had to do each way. Would never use again.

I checked in online and the agent, through no fault of his own, had some difficulties conpleting the transaction on the website. I had prepaid and he could not eliminate the need for a deposit without help on the phone. This added an additional 20 miuntes to the checkout.
