I used the online service. The last step is to get ur keys from the physical store. This process took longer than if i just went to the store. Very poor implementation of a process that is supposed to save time

There was only one person on in the morning and because the app sent to my phone to upload my license wasn't working, I had to wait 30 minutes to be able to pick up the truck and leave. The young man on that morning was very efficient and informative, and professional, but there were several people in line and the U-Haul system is slow.

Service good, overall good. The van was a bit dirty on the inside after initial looks. There were parking vouchers on dash, swim shorts in back, and the seats had a bit of fur/lint. Not a deal breaker but could have been a bit cleaner.

I never received the phone call I was supposed to get the day prior to picking up my UHaul. Some confusion over if I had a vehicle guaranteed or not.

The gentleman who processed the rental was wonderful and eased our minds as he went over the features of the truck. I've not driven a larger truck before, and he went out of his way to provide instructions. Thanks.

On after hours drop off the instructions said to deposit copy of rental agreement and the key. Only had one copy given to me on rental. Took a picture of it so could submit at work and get reimbursed, but if that is standard procedure should be given two maybe. Thanks! Recieved quick update that rental was returned and completed properly from drop off location. Only interaction with that location.

The google maps location takes the user to an area near the parking lot, but there is no signage to indicate the direction to the the rental center. The entrance at the rental center is a bit cramped and could use a cleaning and slightly better lighting.

Mobile Check In was terrible and took 45 minutes to check in. At 8am, my check in time, I arrived and online only said pending beginning at 808am. Between 808am and approximately 835am, I was transferred numerous times by staff that didn't want to help, and then finally connected with someone online who only replied they are busy. My intentions is that mobile check-in should be automated, quick, and convenient. This was not the case, instead interrupted the day, the moving plans and ultimately was an hindrance on the Uhaul. The store was closed, and was not able to help. In addition, my partner received a call asking if she is okay with late charges if not due back on time. This was between the check in time and getting keys... Instead of help me arrange to get the truck 30 minutes after my pick up time, she received a call about late fees. Terrible customer service.

Very bare bones but very fair. Carefully laid-out procedures for traveling through elevator and facility. Somewhat strict rules. Many spaces. Worked for me so far.

The facility seemed nice online but I was mislead by the uhaul website having this facility offered as one of the options to redeem my month free of storage when it in fact is not applicable.
