My only comment was just that there was an old used coffee cup in the van when we picked it up, and that probably could have been cleaned out prior to our rental, but isn't the worst offense in the world. Thanks for your help, staff was very friendly.
Erin bMore accurate address for gps. Instruct uhaul personnel how to effectively transfer pickup and drop off from one location to another. Fortunately the person at this location was able to do that. First location I stopped at could not (or would not)

My experience with other locations has been dismal and there should be a deep clean of the roster of businesses that represent UHAUL. Canton Road Self Storage should be put up as a model for others to follow.

Jodie G | Overall ExperienceI was 45 mins late for my reservation. Upon my arrival, I apologized for the delay and explained that the delay was related to a traffic accident. I was then told quite frankly that the reservation was no longer available and that someone else had just reserved the truck that I was renting. The customer service rep said that I should have called if I would be more than 30 mins late. I again apologized and voiced my understanding of their policy., I left the premises and immediately commenced to searching for another location. We immediately made a U-turn because this exact same location had availability for the exact same location!! It wasn’t even 5 mins later!! So I immediately returned to the store and the rep turned beet red when I told her that I was back for the rental. Her response was, “Oh I guess that other customer canceled.” I seriously doubt that there was another customer. I felt that she was judging me and didn’t want me to have the rental. If I didn’t really didn’t need it I would have gone somewhere else. Needless to say I secured the rental and returned it as promised—clean with replenished fuel!!
Charvette SI was picking up the truck at 6 am and the place not well lit up. i felt a little unsafe. Truck was open, booked equipment was missing and the lock box was not locked? can´t recommand that place.
sascha sWhen I returned the truck I put $10 of gas in the tank in the way to the rental location. I only used the truck for 25 miles. When o received the receipt electronically there was a charge for gas. I called and no one picked up so it rolled to someone not at that site. I let them know the issue and they said someone from the site would call me. That was 2 weeks ago and no call. Everyone check your receipts thoroughly.
Kevin KNot charge me for miles driven back to the facility because the employee forgot my dolly. I shouldn't pay for the 36 miles round trip to come back for things that were forgotten. That wasn't my fault, and the fact that I had to pay for their mess up is absolutely unacceptable!

Any mistake ever made was corrected same day by the owners. The managers were willing to allow me to make a payment late and not start the auction process once. I really will miss storing here.

It is unfortunate that the limo facility next door is often discourteous to the storage members by blocking the keypad to the exit.
