My pick up location was changed from my preferred pick up location and I was not notified. I am appalled that something like this could especially when you had be out in severe weather and heavy rain. Very disappointed.

No after hours key lock box. Had to call uhaul for assistance and leave it in the back of the truck under a furniture blanket.

Was to pickup at 11 am .when I got there the lady could not find keys only truck they had.it was 1215 when i got done and paid 3 men while we wated.i rented uhaul trucks for 25 year's worst place ever
