Honestly, the staff was top notch and needs no improvement.
COLE LEDFORDThe truck I got would not start, the key would not even turn in the ignition switch, unless you aggressively twisted the steering wheel back and forth. Apparently there was some issue with the locking mechanism in the steering wheel. The check engine light was on, which I did notify the person at the location, but was told they were aware of it. Of course this truck had 121k + miles on it. We had to leave it running the entire time we were using it because we were afraid we would not be able to get it started.

Thomas BeasleyThe location did not check in the truck from the previous days rental which delayed them being able to check the truck out to me. I was supposed to be able to use my phone to complete the process but due to the location failing to do their part I could not. I was delayed over an hour past my reservation time due to poorly trained and unorganized staff at this location.

Frank DiolakisThey asked me if I paid with a credit card because they didn't wish to check me in right then. After being told that as long as I returned the unit with a 1/4 tank of gas, which the dash indicator showed 1/4 tank of gas, I was then charged $47 for what might have been 2-4 gallons of gas. So I returned the unit thinking I had done what the lady at Bestway said to do only to get hit with a $47 surcharge. I should have known better than to trust the "we will check it in at our convenience spiel.

Neil O'BrianThe equipment was not usable. I rented a set of hand trucks and had to drag the new refrigerator in and wh en I return them and told them about the hand truck they just laughed at it and didn't try to make it right.

Melanie LandThere were roaches inside the Uhaul. It was disgusting and even though I didn't want to place my belongings in this uhaul due to the roaches I felt that I didn't have a choice. This should be inspected before it is rented out to people.
Chris BootsThe cab of the truck was fine. It was clean, and had 7/8 of a tank of gas. The problem was that the rear storage part of the truck smelled like chainsaw oil. In addition to this the floor of the storage area had chainsaw oil on it. We were prepared to load the truck, but it took my husband two hours to apply something to soak up the oil on the floor. This caused us to leave 3 hours late. We used the truck to move my son into a dorm. So cleaning the truck made us late for our hotel check in. In addition, the smell of the oil was so strong we were afraid it would make fabric and bedding smell so we moved all his clothing and bedding into our two cars. This caused an additional problem because we had to stay in a hotel overnight. There had been break ins in the area so we were advised not to leave anything in our cars. His dorm move in time was the following day, so we had to move everything in our cars into the hotel room that evening and then move it back the next morning. The original plan was to padlock everything into the U-Haul, but because of the chainsaw oil and its’ smell that changed. We were able to accomplish the move, and the truck was reliable. In the future please check your truck for oily residue and strong smells.
Ashley BrownWhen you make a agreement in front of witnesses whether a verbal contract or written you should hold up to your end of the contract instead of just saying what you assume, and then we get hit with a ginormous charge, now it's going to have to be something we have to go through all the legal measures to correct.. this is a 100% bad business and will be advertised that way, one very disappointed customer
ZACH BOMARVery different experience dropping the truck than picking it up. The person was very friendly, made sure everything was fine with me. I watched her assist the person in front of me as she explained the whole process and gave her paperwork for the glove box. I had received nothing when I picked up our truck the previous day from the other location in Dallas, GA.

tadia fosterTruck was dirty when we picked it up, the lady had a good attitude when we were handing out money over for rental. When it came time to take the truck back, a different lady was checking us back in had a bad attitude, misquoted our refund to us, didn't even apologize or explain what the charges entailed. The truck isn't safe to drive, it shakes and sounds like the u-joint is going out on it and when we told her what was going on with the truck, she didn't seem to care, only cared about being able to get it rented back out as soon as possible.

Donna Thompsonthe original location I was supposed to pick up from Wasn't open and I had to change my reservation. This ended up causing me to lose a day on my rental. It was a huge inconvenience and then I even had to take the rental back to a different location that I had originally scheduled.
STEPHEN BASSThey were so easy to work with. Carrie was exceptional nice and answered all my questions before hand. She also took time to explain everything about the rental agreement. I will definitely be renting from here again and also referring friends here. I called several places before making an reservation and several was rude and acted like they did not have time to talk to you. Carrie was very helpful from the first time I called her, and also we were afraid of having bad weather and she discussed it with me. When I returned it she was also very professional and very nice.Thanks Carrie for making this part of moving a great experience.
