I rented a motorcycle trailer which on the site is 14.99 per day, when i got to the place i was charged 24.99 per day. Also got charged a full extra day taking for a 2hr delay returning it.

Abraham BDo alignment on truck, steering one was not aligned with tires, also the transmission would kick in every gear. I thought I was going to get stranded while hauling all my furniture. Truck was in bad shape but personnel in the establishment were friendly.
Gumaro RThe staff was very helpful and courteous. The reason for the low rating that there was no customer parking. Had to park on the side if the street. This street is narrow and busy due to the business located across the same street. The car dolly was located in the back of the building which had all if the gates locked. Hard to locate the car dolly. If they posted signs either Entry/Exit would help instead of just saying drive around back. I guess they are used to dealing with local customers that they forget not everyone know where the entry/exit gates are.

MIGUEL MNext time, please make sure the staff that helps set up the trailers to the customers' Vehicle. that they are secure and tightly on I had a accident where the hitch was not properly secure and hit our truck

jeannine fI paid for a towing hitch to pick it up at the rental place and when I arrived and asked for the hitch the agency told me that they are separated company from u-hall and what I bought online does not apply in the store. I end up paying an over price towing hitch ( u hall brand 54.00) Also, I asked if they offer Military discounts and the store said they don't because they are not U hall.

richard vThe truck was dirty especially in the cargo area i advised them passenger mirror was broken could not be straightened , when driving loose suspensions when brakes pulls to the left very bad maintained truck .

Daniel TThe young lady at the front desk (She wouldn't offer her name when I asked) wasn't helpful at all & when I asked her how to pickup the U-haul truck, she said she couldn't offer any information because I made an online reservation. I rented this same truck the previous week & I explained the problems with the truck. The A/C didn't work and the truck jumps when you put it into reverse. It was over 100 degrees during this time & we were soaked by the time we got the truck home due to the A/C not functioning properly. The air only came out of the defroster on a low speed. Management didn't fix the problem & I ended up with that same truck the 2nd time. I also rented the truck for 24 hours & I was charged for 2 days instead of 1 day, even though I turned the truck in prior to the 24 hour mark. I called the dealer & then the 800 number. I was told they would reverse the 2nd days charge, but that never happened.

Ruben NThe guys that hook up the trailers need more experience. I rented from them a few times and its always the same thing. This last time they scratch my truck. Sadly this is the only location with stock trailers.

Maria MThe representative from Cabello Store was not understanding of my situation concerning the return date of the equipment. He was very rude over the phone and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Cesar LTruck was dirty when I recieved it, the app wouldn't let me upload the pictures needed, had to customer service to let them know I dropped off. Then the location calls me 12 hrs after drop off asking for the truck. Very upsetting

ashley cemployees or owner, who ever they were, seem to like to make false arrangements towards your policies, the woman there said i could use my mothers ID without her being there, since my mother was still going to be at work, they wanted to charge me 60 for a deposit the next day and made it seem like, it was a bad thing to use my debit card, they also said they wouldnt charge my debit card until after i was done, we got charged almost right away that day, had no mention we needed to buy the plug for the lights, so we can take the trailer from the lot, and were forced to buy yours, which is commercial/consumer theft, all in all, it was a very bad experience, i was forced to use my own ID which i didnt have , had to get my pregnant wife to send me the pictures, she almost fell and who knows what mightve happened, highly recommend a change of management and employees, this is not how you do business
Mario EI really appreciate the courtesy they give to their customers. Are always there to help their customers and explain every detail how they charge. They hide nothing!

MARCO ARental area is really dated and not very appealing. There are few options in Laredo for truck rentals- I figure they know we have no choice. Equipment - truck - was neat and clean and staff was helpful.
