The location was a side business to a retail ecletic junk shop. The receiving agent didn't quite understand that if you are given two days why you would turn it in when you were finished using it. Said I had had an accident when in fact I did not. Agent did not park the unit or disconnect it from the tow vehicle.Glenn M.

Make sure the truck will be there when customer has contracted for on time. I spent 2 hours in Rome trying to find a truck when I was suppose to have one at 12:00. The Computer store I contracted with only said they were sorry. The gentleman at the main Hertz, Aaron searched everywhere. Some called at 12:15 from B's Boutique and said I could rent the one that was for sale. I had a truck so movers could start even if an hour late.sandra W.

The vehicle brakes need to be checked. The transmission appears to be grinding and it felt unsafe to drive. I only had to make a short trip but if I had been driving any distance, I would not have wanted to be using this vehicle. The fuel mileage fee is too misleading too. I drove less than 20 miles in this vehicle, from pick up to drop off. I put $5 of fuel in the tank before dropping off, yet, I was charged for $8 for fuel. There is no way that the vehicle used 8 gallons of fuel in such a short distance, unless there is a problem with the fuel tank. In the future, I will be more selective in choosing a rental location.Cherry W.

My initial drop point made me wait 15 minutes to tell me that the lot was full and I would have to find another place to drop the trailer. Very rude man! When I arrived at the new location the store was about to close, fortunately the shop owner allowed me to drop the trailer, but was unable/unwilling to even help me get the trailer backed into the spot she wanted it in. There was no jack on the trailer, and no one to help me unhook it. I sat for 30 minutes until someone came along who could help me lift the trailer off of my hitch. Definitely not very happy with this rental and will probably not use UHaul again due to not being able to unhook trailers without assistance.Not everyone has the ability to lift a trailer off by themselves!Codi M.
They are crooks, (Busy B's Boutique 1930 Redmond Rd. I rented a dual axle car trailer through the people I trust at Computer City on Shorter Ave. (As I have many times) Their unit was out on Rental, So they found me One at Busy B's. I ask for Thursday 3/14/19 at 5:00pm to return Saturday 3/16/19 by 5:00pm. I needed the trailer to haul a 1970 Corvette to Pigeon Forge, Tn. (A Two Day Rental). My plans changed, I called Busy B and told them that I would pick up Friday 3/15/19 at 10:00am and Return by Sunday 3/17/19. For a Two day Rental. I got home Saturday evening, 3/16/19 and I got up Sunday morning 3/17/19 and took the Trailer back, dropped it off right at 10:00am made it back to go to Church 30 miles away from Busy B's by 11:00am. I reviewed the online Billing Statement, and saw that They had charged my Card for Three Days, So I Immediately called them. The Owner of the Business would not even come to the phone to speak to me. So through a nice young lady she was speaking. I heard her tell her Employee that I was lying, because she road by the lot after 12:00pm and that trailer was not there on her lot. My response to that, was "She is wrong, because it was definately there at 10:00am. I left ther and went through McDonald's Drive-Thru in my Truck Only to get a McMuffin and cup of Coffee. The receipt is time stamped at 10:10am 3/17/19. I will never Rent from these people again, and Social Media is a Powerful Tool. I will advertise for Busy B's and U-Haul's choices of who they allow to Rent their Equipment. My ad and my story will not be good, but it will be the Truth. Someone owes me $59.36.james W.
Uhaul at this location Critically made the mistake of not putting my drop off location originally as the 2951 express Parkway in Chamblee Georgia causing an extra charge on my card and additional headaches . It was a two day rental. We did it in one day dropped it off the first day 1030 at night at the chamblee location. Called in the morning on Saturday notifying the Chamblee location that we dropped it off, to check it in, and confirm. No one called us back. I called corporate that my original instructions were we were going to drop it off in Chamblee Georgia down in Atlanta. They could not remedy the situation over the phone. And just kept saying it was in the contract it to be dropped off back in Rome Georgia that it was in Intown rate. I specifically said my travel plans were to end up in Chamblee Georgia and drop it off at the indicated U-Haul location. This whole ordeal made us drive over 200 miles spend over 3 1/2 hours of my time and my fiancÃ© time to try to figure this out. If the last customer service rep did not tell me that it was already checked in around 7:30-8pm I would have been taking the U-Haul trailer back. One of the representatives out of all the reps we talk to approximately five total. Told us we would be charged over $200 because it was it incorrect location so our remedy was to head down to Chamblee and pick it back up and drop it off in the room location. But we did not thankfully for that last rep we talked you said it was already checked in. I am not in agreement with the charge the extra charge because it was a critical mistake from the beginning and also all the driving in time spent calling and headed down to remedy into situation.Abraham Z.

I was charged an additional fee for gas when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas that was in it when I picked it up. I know how much y'all charge for gas at the U-Haul store so if I was not on the right line of gas I would have saved money by putting gas in it myself!! I'm very disappointed at the extra charge on my card. I am Not happy at all. The charge should be taken off of my card immediately.Stephoni T.

Please fix your website and general reservations system to be accurate and serve your customers'needs Today I searched online for a utility trailer. I entered my zip code and city. Your website chose one of 3 locations in my city from which I could get the trailer. I reserved it, checked in online, and received a confirmation. When my son arrived at the U-Haul dealership to pick up the trailer, he was told they had none. He was sent to a second location in our city but upon arrival was told that they had a cargo trailer but no utility trailer. At that point they referred him to a dealership over 20 miles away. Had we not absolutely needed to get a piece of equipment delivered today for repair, I'd have gone elsewhere. What should have taken 20 minutes or less, took hours. To make matters worse, we were told we could not return the trailer to our local dealer so we had to make another 20+ mile trip back to the 3rd dealer. And finally, there was fast food trash in the bed of the trailer and the cotter pins that are suppose to hold the ramp up/closed could not both be used bc the ramp was slightly bent. Overall. Terrible. Experience. Uhaul needs to make customer service a priority. I will definitely look for other alternatives before using them again.nora W.

I had reserved my uhaul for 9am i got there at 830 no one never showed up til after 10am.... an i was sent to another location an get there an find out i was charged for the 9am rental which i didnt have at the time.. this was the worse experience ever, bad for businessScottie A.

Closed when I arrived. (I dropped off the truck at wrong location. I had a bad day in unfamiliar territory, saw their Uhaul location and thought it was the right place. I thought they were open until 7pm, but that time was for the proper drop off spot. Sorry.
